For AWS-oriented implementations, Atlas can be configured around AWS-native services such as AWS Lambda, Amazon API Gateway, Amazon DynamoDB, Amazon S3, Amazon CloudFront, Amazon Cognito, and Amazon EventBridge, depending on the engagement scope. This supports scalable delivery, secure access, and workflow orchestration for buyer-facing experiences and internal revenue operations.

Atlas provides both pre-purchase and post-purchase support for all professional services engagements. Standard support includes discovery and scoping, onboarding, implementation guidance, admin and user training, troubleshooting, and scheduled optimization reviews. New buyer inquiries receive a response within 1 business day. Support is available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM ET, through the Atlas website at https://atlasgtm.io/ and AWS Marketplace buyer communications. Expanded coverage, ongoing advisory hours, and premium optimization packages can be included in private offers and statements of work.
