MeetingScribe - Silent Meeting Recorder and AI Minutes

MeetingScribe silently records your meetings and generates AI-powered structured minutes. No bot joins your call. Your data never leaves your AWS account.

How It Works:

1. Subscribe on AWS Marketplace
2. Deploy backend into your AWS account via CloudFormation (us-east-1)
3. Install the macOS desktop app
4. Join your meeting and click Record in the system tray
5. Get structured minutes with decisions, action items, and key quotes

Audio Capture: This version captures audio via your device microphone. For best results, use external speakers (not headphones) during meetings. Direct system audio capture is planned for a future release.

Key Features:

• Silent capture via macOS system tray. No bot joins, no notification to participants.
• Screen Intelligence: captures screenshots every 15 seconds during screen shares. AI identifies slides, documents, and participant names.
• Data sovereignty: entire backend runs in YOUR AWS account. Audio, transcripts, and minutes never leave your environment.
• Model choice: Amazon Nova Pro, Claude, or other Bedrock models.
• Speaker diarization: identifies up to 30 speakers via Amazon Transcribe.
• Dashboard: searchable meeting archive with transcripts, minutes, and screenshots.

Architecture (deployed in your account): API Gateway, Lambda, Amazon Transcribe Streaming, Amazon Bedrock, DynamoDB, S3, SNS, CloudFront. 7 services, minimal idle cost.

Pricing:

• Starter: $19/month (20 meetings)
• Pro: $49/month (unlimited meetings + Screen Intelligence)
• AWS infrastructure costs (Transcribe, Bedrock, S3) billed separately. Typical: ~$1.50 per 1-hour meeting.
