Sitecore XM Managed Service

A comprehensive package combining setting up, migrate and maintain infrastructure for Sitecore XM.

This package will provide the setup of two environment (Prod and Non-Prod) to host the CMS. The solution will rely on AWS Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2)  as the hosting server for application and all components required for Sitecore XM such as Solr and ZooKeeper. AWS RDS  for SQL Server Standard will be used as the host for database. High Availability setup for ALB to distribute incoming traffic into multiple availability zone will be implemented in Production environment.

The solution will also rely on AWS CloudFront  as the CDN to provide better and faster content delivery, as well as AWS WAF  to protect the application from common exploits.

We have three (3) types of pricing as follows.

1. One-Time cost of USD $24,000

One-Time cost to setup the basic infrastructure required for Sitecore XM CMS, as well as the common infrastructure and servers to maintain the infrastructure, including patching server, tooling server, Linux repo and DevOps servers. The infrastructure can be setup in AWS commercial cloud or GCC (Government Commercial Cloud) Singapore. This service also provide one-time migration of the application and database from CWP 2.0 to the new environment.

2. Annual Cost of USD $52,800

Annual price for the FM (Facility Management) service to maintain the cloud infrastructure. Service provided including:

• Monthly maintenance of all servers, e.g. OS Patching
• System monitoring through CloudWatch
