    What is NextCloud®?

NextCloud® is a self-hosted file sync and share open-source software platform. It allows users to store, access, and share files, documents, photos, and more in a private cloud environment. NextCloud® offers features similar to popular cloud storage services like Dropbox, Google Drive, and Microsoft OneDrive, but it gives users greater control over their data because it can be installed on a server that they own or lease, rather than relying on third-party servers.

NextCloud® provides functionalities such as file synchronization across devices, collaboration tools like document editing and commenting, calendar and contacts management, and integration with various third-party services and plugins. It prioritizes security and privacy, offering features like end-to-end encryption, two-factor authentication, and comprehensive access control.

Nextcloud provides functionality similar to Office 365 when used with integrated office suites Collabora Online® or OnlyOffice. Additionally, NextCloud® allows you to add additional applications, for example Forms, Maps, PhoneTrack etc.

Overall, NextCloud® is a versatile solution for individuals, organizations, and businesses looking to have more control over their data and collaborate effectively while maintaining data privacy and security.
