Highlights
A harness of specialized agents for production operations. Separate agents triage, investigate, and verify in parallel, with a dedicated verifier model re-checking every finding against production evidence before it's finalized. Models are post-trained for causal reasoning across production systems, not just correlation, and paired with the best available frontier models, continuously evaluated and upgraded as new models ship.
Collaborative canvas for humans and agents to get to RCA and remediation quickly. Steer any theory in natural language, run your own queries alongside the agent, and merge what you find back into the report without leaving the surface. Ask the agent direct questions and get evidence-backed answers, loop in teammates on the same thread, and approve, redirect, or override any finding or action before it ships. Human and agent, working the same problem together.
ResolveAI ships as a plugin for Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex, backed by an MCP server any other agent can call directly. Pull production context before a risky change, join a live incident investigation, and turn a root cause into a pull request, all without leaving your editor. Bring your own skills and tools; the same guardrails and audit trail carry over automatically.
AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
This listing offers a single pricing option: a custom private offer billed on a contract basis. You request a quote rather than selecting a fixed price or tier. The vendor sizes your rollout based on your production workload, such as monthly alert volume and incident counts. Pricing scales with the amount of work the AI SRE handles, including alert investigations and root cause analysis. Units are set through the private offer, so the final quantity and terms reflect your specific environment. Contact the vendor to receive a tailored quote for your deployment.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as a billing unit for the AI SRE private offer?
Units are set within your custom private offer. The vendor sizes them to your production workload, such as monthly paged and general alert volume plus critical, high-priority, and other incident counts. The final unit count reflects the amount of investigation and root cause work the agents handle in your environment.
How does my cost change as my alert and incident volume grows?
Pricing scales with the production work the AI SRE handles. Higher monthly alert volume and incident counts size a larger rollout. Because units are set through the private offer, an increase in workload is reflected when the vendor sizes and quotes your deployment rather than metered automatically per event.
What work does the AI SRE perform under this offer?
The AI SRE handles alert investigations and root cause analysis. It joins on-call rotations, triages alerts, pursues incident hypotheses, monitors deployments, and drafts operational reports. Engineers direct the agents and approve actions. This scope determines how the vendor sizes your private offer.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Resolve.ai to track my personal goals and reflect on my thoughts and emotions. It helps me create healthier habits and supports me when I’m struggling with stress and anxiety, as well as helping me go back and reflect. I like how easy it is to keep track of my mental health and notes in one app, and it has more features than Apple’s Notes app. I value the AI chat for working through my thoughts and recognizing my emotional patterns by voice or text. The initial setup was pretty easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’d like to see more free features, since I’d appreciate more free daily AI conversations, unlimited access to journaling prompts, and access to all my saved thoughts before deciding whether a paid subscription is worth it. Sometimes the AI responses are repetitive, and I’d like more customization options for reminders and journal prompts.

Resolve AI Streamlines Incident Response and Cuts MTTR with Real-Time Root Cause Analysis
Reviewed on Oct 20, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
What stands out most about Resolve AI is how well it streamlines incident response and automates routine operational workflows. It significantly reduces MTTR by analyzing alerts and diagnosing root causes in real time, which saves our team from digging through repetitive log files. The seamless integration with existing monitoring tools and alerting systems makes it easy to incorporate into daily engineering workflows without adding unnecessary friction.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial setup and onboarding process can feel a bit complex, requiring a learning curve for teams setting up customized automated playbooks. Also fine-tuning the AI's contextual understanding to avoid occasional false positives or edge-case misdiagnoses requires some initial manual oversight.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before adopting Resolve AI, our primary challenge was managing high volumes of repetitive system alerts and manually sifting through logs during incidents. This drawn-out troubleshooting process tied up valuable engineering bandwidth and slowed down overall resolution times.
Since implementing Resolve AI, it automatically synthesizes incident context, pinpoints root causes, and executes routine mitigation steps in real time. As a result, we have significantly cut down our Mean Time to Resolution (MTTR), reduced human error during critical outages, and freed up our team to focus on core development rather than constant firefighting.

Saves 25–30 Hours Weekly with Powerful AI Incident Resolution and Predictive Insights
Reviewed on Oct 20, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I use their automated AI resolution engine every day to route and resolve Tier-1 and Tier-2 incidents for our enterprise service desk. It saves our IT team roughly 25–30 hours of manual triage each week. On top of that, the sleek UI and deep integrations with ServiceNow and Slack make it easy to close tickets automatically, without any noticeable lag. One unexpected but major benefit is the platform’s predictive insights: they surface recurring patterns like VPN issues or password resets and give us system-wide warnings before major outages happen, which helps us prevent downtime altogether. During initial onboarding, their technical support team fully assisted us with training the model using our existing knowledge-base articles, so the software was up and running from the very first week.
What do you dislike about the product?
Configuring trigger logic while building complex, custom, multi-step workflows can be somewhat time-consuming. If they added pre-built IT templates and a live simulation tester within their visual workflow builder, it would make it much easier to deploy new automation rules.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously, we were handling a high volume of tickets every day, and our initial response times were slow, which led to more user complaints. Now we’re able to resolve about 60% of routine IT requests instantly, with no human intervention, and we’ve seen a 45% reduction in our Mean Time to Resolve (MTTR) for tickets. By removing repetitive, recurring support work from the team’s workload, they can spend more time on core infrastructure projects instead of constantly reacting to requests. This change has also contributed to a noticeable drop in our operational costs and delivered a clear, positive ROI.
