Highlights
A harness of specialized agents for production operations. Separate agents triage, investigate, and verify in parallel, with a dedicated verifier model re-checking every finding against production evidence before it's finalized. Models are post-trained for causal reasoning across production systems, not just correlation, and paired with the best available frontier models, continuously evaluated and upgraded as new models ship.
Collaborative canvas for humans and agents to get to RCA and remediation quickly. Steer any theory in natural language, run your own queries alongside the agent, and merge what you find back into the report without leaving the surface. Ask the agent direct questions and get evidence-backed answers, loop in teammates on the same thread, and approve, redirect, or override any finding or action before it ships. Human and agent, working the same problem together.
ResolveAI ships as a plugin for Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex, backed by an MCP server any other agent can call directly. Pull production context before a risky change, join a live incident investigation, and turn a root cause into a pull request, all without leaving your editor. Bring your own skills and tools; the same guardrails and audit trail carry over automatically.
AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
This listing offers a single pricing option: a custom private offer billed on a contract basis. You request a quote rather than selecting a fixed price or tier. The vendor sizes your rollout based on your production workload, such as monthly alert volume and incident counts. Pricing scales with the amount of work the AI SRE handles, including alert investigations and root cause analysis. Units are set through the private offer, so the final quantity and terms reflect your specific environment. Contact the vendor to receive a tailored quote for your deployment.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as a billing unit for the AI SRE private offer?
Units are set within your custom private offer. The vendor sizes them to your production workload, such as monthly paged and general alert volume plus critical, high-priority, and other incident counts. The final unit count reflects the amount of investigation and root cause work the agents handle in your environment.
How does my cost change as my alert and incident volume grows?
Pricing scales with the production work the AI SRE handles. Higher monthly alert volume and incident counts size a larger rollout. Because units are set through the private offer, an increase in workload is reflected when the vendor sizes and quotes your deployment rather than metered automatically per event.
What work does the AI SRE perform under this offer?
The AI SRE handles alert investigations and root cause analysis. It joins on-call rotations, triages alerts, pursues incident hypotheses, monitors deployments, and drafts operational reports. Engineers direct the agents and approve actions. This scope determines how the vendor sizes your private offer.

Fast, Proactive Incident Investigation Right in Slack
Reviewed on Oct 25, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Resolve AI is how fast it responds when something breaks. It starts investigating on its own as soon as an alert fires, suggests a likely root cause with fix steps, and explains its reasoning. It also works inside Slack like a teammate, which saves a lot of time during on-call.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Resolve AI is that onboarding isn’t self-serve. You have to book a demo or request a private quote, which makes it difficult to try the product out or quickly compare pricing. Also, the suggestions it provides still need an engineer to review them before taking action, so it can speed up investigations, but it doesn’t replace human judgment yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Resolve AI addresses the pain of slow, stressful incident investigations. Instead of engineers having to manually dig through logs, recent code changes, and dashboards after an alert, it automatically investigates and highlights a likely root cause along with suggested fixes. For me, that translates into faster troubleshooting, less on-call burnout, and more time spent building rather than firefighting. It also generates post-incident summaries, which cuts down on the manual documentation work that usually comes afterward.
I like Resolve.ai’s ease of use and integration. I can troubleshoot IT incidents faster, identify root causes quickly, and reduce manual investigation. I also value automatic alert triage, root cause analysis, incident investigation agents, and deployment monitoring.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that the initial setup and integration with my existing IT systems can take time. I also faced challenges with configuration and access permissions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Resolve.ai to address slow troubleshooting, recurring IT incidents, application downtime, and time-consuming investigations.

Streamlines Incident Investigations, but Root-Cause Results Aren’t Always Reliable
Reviewed on Oct 21, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
the ability to streamline the incident investigation and identify the root causes faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
could not always rely on the generated root-cause analysis as sometimes what we found is slightly different from what the agent said. Not something i would mistake the tools ability for but it is an AI agent which we can't rely on everytime. Everything requires improvement and upskilling like a human does.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it addresses the time-consuming process of investigating the incidents and identifying root cases.

Faster Incident Response, but Limited to On-Call Production Teams
Reviewed on Oct 21, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Resolve.ai uses AI for incident alerts and handles a lot of the work, helping us find root causes more than 50% faster and reducing the need for engineers to get involved in each incident. It frees our engineers to focus on what they do best, and when we hire, we can focus more on sales hires to increase revenue instead of hiring engineers to handle production overload. It also saves us money, and I find its use of code and production context helpful for finding root causes and optimizing infrastructure costs. The setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Resolve.ai is a narrow fit. It only helps teams running production software with on-call rotations, and that's where it ends at the minute.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Resolve.ai to respond to incidents faster and find root causes over 50% faster. Its AI handles alerts with less engineer involvement per incident, freeing engineers to focus on their work, reducing hiring needs and costs, and helping optimize infrastructure costs using production context.
