AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
Pricing scales by your company's employee count, measured in full-time equivalents (FTE). You pick the band that matches your workforce: under 250 FTE, 250 to 500 FTE, 500 to 1,000 FTE, or more than 1,000 FTE. These are four size-based tiers, not add-ons. You choose one tier based on headcount, so larger organizations fall into higher bands. This is a contract purchase, meaning you commit to a term. The tier you select reflects the scale of your compensation program rather than usage volume or feature packages.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one FTE for choosing my pricing band?
An FTE is a full-time equivalent employee in your organization. You count your total headcount and pick the band that matches: under 250, 250 to 500, 500 to 1,000, or more than 1,000. The band reflects the size of your workforce, not the number of people using the software.
If my headcount grows past my current band, does my price change automatically?
The band you buy reflects your workforce size at purchase. Growing past your band's ceiling means you no longer fit that tier. Moving to a higher band is not automatic within a contract term. You would need to select the band matching your new headcount. Contact the vendor to confirm mid-term adjustment options.
What do all four FTE bands include for compensation management?
Every band gives access to the same platform: HR-reported benchmarks across 1.4 million-plus jobs, live job-posting signals, AI-guided job matching, salary structure tools, pay equity analysis, and pre-built reports. The band only sets pricing by workforce size. It does not change which capabilities you receive.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Salary.com is intuitive and easy to use. I also appreciate the excellent service team, which is always there to guide me when I can't find what I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more load features for being able to build job architectures or get full analysis across your populations, but that only comes with the more expensive packages. I'd like to be able to load an Excel spreadsheet of all of our employees and their pay data so that salary ranges could be built and the connection automatically aligned without having to have the more expensive package.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Salary.com for benchmarking compensation. It offers a vast array of positions to benchmark against, aligns job descriptions based on keywords, and is easy and intuitive to use.
