What do you like best about the product?
Their instructions for implementation were very user-friendly, even for those of us who are not IT professionals. Their customer support/ticketing system is fantastic and their agents are knowledgeable as well as prompt to assist. We like their daily reporting and analysis features to help us identify any detailed security issues that may impact our deliverability. All around great experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no imminent displeasures with PowerDMARC at this time.

What do you like best about the product?
The PowerDMARC service works great and also looks appealing. My contacts at the provider respond very quickly to inquiries and try to help me as best as possible in every situation. I use the service myself for my company and act as an MSSP in the partner program, referring the service to my customers.

I have nothing to complain about the product.

Aggregate the DMARC reports and simplify the configuration of the DMARC records.

What do you like best about the product?
At first, I was concerned because I could not get anyone to answer and feared my voicemail would go unanswered however, I received a call back within 10 minutes which was fantastic. Jag was quick to understand my requirements and briefed me on my options which was exactly what I needed. He didn't try to oversell anything and actually saved me a buch of money. I'm giving a shout out to Jag as he was awesome.

You don't always get someone to answer when calling the sales and have to leave a vm
