Dimensions summary
This contract prices the Basic plan by your monthly volume of DMARC-compliant emails. You choose one of five tiers based on how many legitimate emails you send: up to 50,000; up to 100,000; up to 200,000; up to 500,000; or up to 2,000,000. Each tier covers a volume band, so you pick the band that fits your sending activity. Billing counts only compliant outbound emails, not spoofed or invalid mail sent on your behalf. Higher tiers cover higher volume bands. If your volume exceeds these bands, contact the vendor for a custom option.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
A DMARC-compliant email is a legitimate outbound message that passes the DMARC check. Billing counts only these compliant emails sent from your authorized sources. You are not charged for phishing attacks, spoofed messages, or invalid mail sent on your behalf by others.
Most organizations do not know their external email volume upfront. Internal emails from the same domain may not count. The vendor recommends a 15-day trial, after which you get an approximate view of your monthly volume. You then pick the tier band that fits.
The five tiers cover volume up to 2,000,000 compliant emails per month. If your sending exceeds that top band, or you need extra domains or add-ons like PowerSPF, contact the vendor for a custom option.

What do you like best about the product?
PowerDMARC delivers meaningful visibility into our email ecosystem, making it easy to monitor our domain authentication. The platform features excellent dashboards that are intuitive, clean, and pack a wealth of complex data into clear, actionable insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial DNS setup can be slightly technical if you aren't familiar with email protocols, but PowerDMARC's documentation and support make it easy to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The primary problem PowerDMARC solves for us is the lack of visibility into our email ecosystem. Before using the platform, it was incredibly difficult to track who was sending emails on behalf of our domain and whether those emails were legitimate or malicious. The real-time configuration score gives us immediate comfort that our config is right. Seeing that score confirm our setup provides total reassurance that our domain is secure.

I like how PowerDMARC brings DMARC, SPF, DKIM, and email security monitoring into one easy-to-use platform, with clear reports that make it simple to identify authentication issues and protect domains from spoofing and phishing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main downside is the pricing for additional services and multiple domains, which can become expensive. Some advanced configurations also require technical knowledge, so clearer guidance and more flexible bundled pricing would improve the experience.

PowerDMARC helps us protect our domains from spoofing, phishing, and email impersonation by letting us manage DMARC, SPF, and DKIM in one place. It also provides clear visibility into email authentication issues, making it easier to spot and address problems. It’s modern and intuitive, and it supports everything you need for secure email, including TLS-RPT—something many others still lack. Whether you self-manage it via DNS or use a fully hosted setup, it remains flexible and reliable.

Important features like advanced alerts, proper reporting flexibility, and hosted SPF features often require upgrading to a higher-tier plan

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the support from Muqthar Javad at PowerDMARC. He always has the answers to my questions, which makes a big difference for me. Increasing word count to hit the 50 character limit that is required. Mentioning again Muqthar Javad, Always on-time to meetings and happy to help troubleshoot why certain domains were failing or having issues.
