What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about PowerDMARC is how effortlessly they take the complexity out of email authentication. For most organizations, DMARC, SPF, DKIM, BIMI, and domain security can feel overwhelming—lots of moving parts, misconfigurations, and hidden risks that lead to spoofing, phishing, and deliverability failures. PowerDMARC turns all of that into a clean, automated, guided experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike. Its amazing and powerful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PowerDMARC is solving some of the most persistent and costly problems in email security—problems that almost every organization struggles with but few know how to fix properly. The benefits are both operational and strategic.

PowerDMARC is a very powerful and comprehensive tool that greatly simplifies the daily work of monitoring email authentication and security features. It provides visibility and clarity that would otherwise be difficult to achieve, helping you stay on top of everything effortlessly.
The support team is extremely helpful and guides you very well through the setup process, ensuring everything runs smoothly from the start.
I can genuinely recommend PowerDMARC to anyone looking to strengthen their email security posture!

What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I haven’t found anything negative. And even if something did come up, I’m confident that their excellent support team would quickly compensate for it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PowerDMARC helps us solve the complexity of monitoring and managing email authentication across multiple domains and services. It consolidates DMARC, DKIM, SPF, and other security insights into one clear dashboard, making it much easier to identify issues, prevent spoofing attempts, and maintain a secure email infrastructure.
Before using PowerDMARC, gaining this level of visibility was difficult and time-consuming. Now, we can quickly detect misconfigurations, track authentication results in real time, and ensure our domains are fully protected. The improved transparency and automation save us significant time and greatly enhance our overall security posture.

Effortless Onboarding and Flexible Plans Make Growth Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Easy onboarding, well structured overviews, flexible plans that grow with usage without huge cost jumps
What do you dislike about the product?
Oboarding wasn't fully automated with my DNS provider of choice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DMARC is a must when setting up emails, but without report aggregation it is impossible to know when to take action.

Right now I don't see anything wrong with it, I like the tool as a whole.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
Basically, its user-friendly interface is adaptable to new configurations, and I like the automation with hosted services. It has good customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't see well, in my opinion, is that they must clearly define the difference between a personal domain and a corporate one, in terms of the number of emails sent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Definitely, automation is its advantage, no longer having the cumbersome process of going to the mail server's DNS, just with a click from PD, it makes it easier.

Value For Money, with easy to use features and a developing product with good and responsive customer support when requested

the user interface is not overly intuitive and finding route causes of issues not always that easy

Exceptional Value and Support—A Must-Have for Email Authentication.
What do you like best about the product?
We have been using PowerDMARC for the past three years, and our experience has been exceptional. The support team is quick, efficient, and direct—there’s no unnecessary back-and-forth. The product itself offers impressive RBAC features, which are especially valuable for large organizations or MSPs. PowerDMARC consistently improves its platform, not just with minor tweaks but with meaningful enhancements across the board. When it comes to pricing, it’s clear how costly some mail authentication tools can be, but PowerDMARC delivers much more value for a lower cost and with great results. We rely on this tool daily, and setting it up was straightforward. If you ever encounter any issues, their team is genuinely helpful and ready to assist.
What do you dislike about the product?
The issues I initially disliked have been addressed over time as we've continued to use it. The team is clearly focused on enhancing the user experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing the uplift of over 300 email sending domains across 28 tenants has been an incredible experience. The feature that allows mail admins to access only the domains within their specific tenant has proven extremely useful. This setup still provides us with a comprehensive overview of all tenants, while enabling mail admins to concentrate on their own domains.
We've also made extensive use of the detailed reporting and built-in tools and alerts. If you prefer not to manage your own domains, PowerDMARC can handle this aspect for you as well.

Exceptional Tool for Maximizing Email Deliverability
What do you like best about the product?
PowerDMARC does a great job in making sure my customer emails are in alignment and stay in alignment for maximizing email deliverability. Their tools, reporting, and analysis is great. Customer service is the best!
What do you dislike about the product?
Email deliverability is complicated and as such I dislike that about emails but PowerDMARC does a great job in helping decipher and get through that complexity. So my dislike is not with the product, but how email deliverability is overly complex. PowerDMARC does a good job in helping get through that and they're continually adding more features and functionality to address this complexity and make things easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PowerDMARC helps address email deliverability issues which is overlooked by many. Email is not a set and forget, but also needs to be monitored which PowerDMARC allows you to do, including alerts. From experience, many companies and orgs don't realize how their email is impacted by all the services they use outside of their own everyday email. And so many don't know what other services they user that is impacting their deliverability (like 3rd party email marketing systems).
I love this product.

PowerDMARC made is super easy for me to take control of my mail flow. I was able to incrementally step up my DKIM, DMARC and SPF records without impacting my users.

I have not complaints about this product.
