Intuitive Interface and Efficient Configuration of PowerDMARC
Reviewed on Sep 11, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the intuitive and detailed interface of PowerDMARC, as it facilitates DNS configuration and hosted record management. I can perform tests, configurations, and domain validations on a single page, which significantly simplifies my work. Moreover, when I used the platform for the first time, I didn't need to read any manual, and it was incredibly easy and quick to add security records like SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, as well as MTA-STS, TLS-RPT, and DNSSEC, almost everything in five minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I get to the finer parts of PowerDMARC, I struggle to understand why a server or service is misusing my domain or why certain emails are blocked. It's unclear to me if I can do something about it or if it's just a matter of improving some configuration. I could use some artificial intelligence to interpret that information or simply have clearer help on the situation. For example, in rejected emails, I don't understand why DMARC or SPF failed when the email was sent from Google to Google, which causes me difficulties when trying to explain the rejections to my clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PowerDMARC complements my email security, improves domain reputation, and provides visibility on deliverability and SMTP configuration. It solves the complexity of DNS and security, facilitates management with its intuitive interface, and allows easy configuration of SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MTA-STS, and TLS-RPT.

Easy-to-Use Interface for Identifying Authorised and Unauthorised Senders
Reviewed on Sep 09, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
It allows me to identify authorised and unauthorised senders, and the interface is easy to use. Reasonably priced.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many features are only available as paid add-ons. Also, when I drill into results, I sometimes end up deep in filters and pages, and it can be hard to find my way back to where I started.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it to monitor and track DMARC, SPF, and DKIM performance, and I really appreciate the hosted DMARC, SPF, and DKIM feature.

PowerDMARC Makes DMARC Easy, Even for Non‑IT Users

What do you like best about the product?
PowerDMARC is easy to use for someone who really isn't all that IT savvy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main interface/homepage for my account is a bit busy. I feel like I've clicked on a metric only to be sent to another similar page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a horrible issue with spam, fraud, etc emails. Our email provider is a budget service, so they don't offer the same amount of controls as PowerDMARC.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how PowerDMARC makes it easy to implement and monitor email security and authentication across my domains by abstracting away all the complexity, so it's mostly "set it and forget it." I appreciate their full coverage of tools like DKIM, SPF, and MTA-STS, allowing me to handle all my email security needs. The setup and onboarding process were extremely straightforward, with just a few DNS changes needed, which had me up and running surprisingly fast. Easy adoption DMARC for MSPs with Strong Reporting, API, and White-Labeling
Reviewed on Sep 07, 2026

What do you like best about the product?
We brought PowerDMARC in as the email authentication layer for our managed clients, and it has become one of the easier vendors in our stack to actually operationalize. Today we run 13 domains across nine client accounts on our own white-labeled portal, spanning law firms, medical, financial services and construction — a range of environments with very different sending profiles.
What sold us early was how easy it is to use. Onboarding a new client domain is quick, the dashboards are readable without training a tech on them first, and the reporting flexibility has been genuinely useful in daily work. We pull monthly reports for client-facing reviews and daily reports when we are actively moving a domain from p=none toward enforcement and need to watch what breaks. Having both cadences available means we are not choosing between executive-level summary and operational detail.
The API capabilities matter just as much. Being able to pull domain and reporting data programmatically means DMARC posture lives alongside the rest of our client reporting instead of becoming one more portal a technician has to remember to check. Combined with hosted SPF, DKIM and DMARC records, it keeps us out of chasing DNS edits at every client every time a sending source changes. Report ingestion has been reliable and timely throughout — we have never had to explain a missing week of data to a client, which is the bar that matters.
On cost, the MSP model prices sensibly against what it replaces. DMARC is one of the few security controls with a concrete, demonstrable outcome — spoofed domain traffic stopped, deliverability protected — so the ROI conversation with clients is refreshingly direct. Onboarding was smooth and we were productive quickly rather than sitting through a long enablement cycle, and support has been responsive when we have needed it.

What do you dislike about the product?
my only negative is the need to buy anything with minimums, as a MSP I really like to pay exactly for what I use and nothing more. their minimum Is low which was an attractive solution for us still but in general I dislike minimums since I dont always want to move a base of clients to every platform I use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps with DMARC, DKIM, and SPF management primarily. but can do other things as well.
