Support is awesome and responsive
What do you like best about the product?
Support, that is what we like about it, when you have a doubt or an issue they are very responsive, different from the previous platform we came from. Competitive pricing for MSP is very good.
What do you dislike about the product?
so far so good, nothing to dislike. We have been happy with them since we subscribe.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having everything under one roof, allow us to have a clear picture of particular problems with different clients. But mostly the problem they resolve is the expertise they bring, when in doubt they have the answer you looking for.

Knowing how the product works and how to understand the reports is key. Taking the time to teach is imperative to the success of the customer and the product.

Did not understand how the product functioned until the support session.

My problems of understanding the product and how to use the product properly and efficiently were solved.

I was implementing BIMI and having troubles getting it to work. I think there was some technical back-end thing needed fixed.
Very Intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
PowerDMARC seems to hit on all of the areas I need in order to achieve compliance. Camilo Suarez with PowerDMARC was assisting me on several issues as it is a lot of information to understand and he was extremely patient even though we went well over our 30 minute window.
What do you dislike about the product?
so far all is great! I had a number of questions and so far everything is great. Watch the videos they are helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We want to get all of our clients in compliance with the security standards established by the Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF). DMARC being one of them. This is the main thing, however PowerDMARC also offers additional records and assistance.

I like how easy the set up is. I was up and running very quickly and this was my first time setting up DMARC management. The interface is easy to navigate and has a lot of helpful info. Support has been very responsive and helpful.

I am not seeing any downsides. So far using the solution has been all positive.

A valuable tool for the quality of sending and receiving emails
What do you like best about the product?
We are a small non-profit organization, without the financial means to hire a dedicated IT specialist and with little IT knowledge. However, the reputation of our domain name is essential to us. PowerDMarc allows us to configure SPF, DMARC, and DKIM precisely, with an interface that simplifies settings and report reading. Our communications officer, although resourceful, is trained neither in networking nor in development, but was able to set up and monitor these settings, just as large companies could. This tool is now part of our essentials, which we use regularly, to ensure that our emails are received by our recipients and to secure our messaging.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it is possible to improve the readability of the reports for novices or people who are not comfortable with development tools. It can be complex to interpret some data regarding the non-receipt of emails. I also think there is a lack of alerts when some emails that seem safe may have been rejected. Even if I don't know if it's possible, it could be very useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PowerDMARC allowed us to resolve issues related to the proper reception of our emails and the reputation of our domain name by configuring DKIM, DMARC, and SPF.
Easy and cost-effective way to secure outcoming and incoming emails
What do you like best about the product?
The service provider hosting my personal internet domain fails to deliver a seamless - secure - email experience. The default settings result into outcoming emails being rejected by destination servers oe at best landing in the junk mail.
PowerDMARC provides an easy way to close this gap and ensure email security. From there, it also allows to check each email and report problems if any. I had no experience whatsoever in email security and it took me only an hour to improve my setup. Since then, my emails have not been rejected!

My emails were rejected by destination servers because of inexistent or inappropriate SPF, DKIM and DMARC settings.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the ease of implementation and the excellent customer support. In particular, I’d like to highlight that Ayan Bhuiya has always been very supportive and responsive whenever assistance was needed. Additionally, the monthly reports are extremely helpful in tracking progress and maintaining visibility, which adds great value to the overall experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nope, I don’t have any dislikes about PowerDMARC. The solution has been smooth, reliable, and efficient in meeting our needs, and the support team has consistently addressed queries quickly, leaving no room for negative feedback or concerns.
