What do you like best about the product?

I like how PowerDMARC brings DMARC, SPF, DKIM, and email security monitoring into one easy-to-use platform, with clear reports that make it simple to identify authentication issues and protect domains from spoofing and phishing.

What do you dislike about the product?

The main downside is the pricing for additional services and multiple domains, which can become expensive. Some advanced configurations also require technical knowledge, so clearer guidance and more flexible bundled pricing would improve the experience.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

PowerDMARC helps us protect our domains from spoofing, phishing, and email impersonation by letting us manage DMARC, SPF, and DKIM in one place. It also provides clear visibility into email authentication issues, making it easier to spot and address problems. Overall, this has improved our email security and deliverability, and it has strengthened trust in our company domains.

What do you like best about the product?

It’s modern and intuitive, and it supports everything you need for secure email, including TLS-RPT—something many others still lack. Whether you self-manage it via DNS or use a fully hosted setup, it remains flexible and reliable.

What do you dislike about the product?

Important features like advanced alerts, proper reporting flexibility, and hosted SPF features often require upgrading to a higher-tier plan

It's handling my email security.

I really appreciate the support from Muqthar Javad at PowerDMARC. He always has the answers to my questions, which makes a big difference for me. Increasing word count to hit the 50 character limit that is required. Mentioning again Muqthar Javad, Always on-time to meetings and happy to help troubleshoot why certain domains were failing or having issues.

What do you like best about the product?

Real-time spoofing alerts, with detailed DMARC analytics and clear visual reporting. BIMI support helps enable brand logo display in inboxes. Automated SPF management (PowerSPF) simplifies ongoing SPF upkeep, while threat intelligence and abuse reporting add useful context when investigating issues. It also offers hosted MTA-STS and TLS-RPT services.

Overall, it helps me identify who is sending mail on behalf of my domain, block unauthorised senders, and improve email deliverability. It also reduces phishing and business email compromise (BEC) risks, and makes it easier to demonstrate email security compliance to management and auditors.

What do you dislike about the product?

Nothing. I don’t have any particular dislikes about PowerDMARC.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

PowerDMARC helps us prevent email spoofing and phishing attacks by enforcing DMARC, SPF, and DKIM policies. It gives us clear visibility into both authorised and unauthorised email senders, improves our email deliverability, and provides actionable security reporting. As a result, we’ve strengthened our domain security, protected our brand reputation, and made email security management much simpler.

What do you like best about the product?

I really like the intuitive and detailed interface of PowerDMARC, as it facilitates DNS configuration and hosted record management. I can perform tests, configurations, and domain validations on a single page, which significantly simplifies my work. Moreover, when I used the platform for the first time, I didn't need to read any manual, and it was incredibly easy and quick to add security records like SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, as well as MTA-STS, TLS-RPT, and DNSSEC, almost everything in five minutes.

What do you dislike about the product?

When I get to the finer parts of PowerDMARC, I struggle to understand why a server or service is misusing my domain or why certain emails are blocked. It's unclear to me if I can do something about it or if it's just a matter of improving some configuration. I could use some artificial intelligence to interpret that information or simply have clearer help on the situation. For example, in rejected emails, I don't understand why DMARC or SPF failed when the email was sent from Google to Google, which causes me difficulties when trying to explain the rejections to my clients.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

PowerDMARC complements my email security, improves domain reputation, and provides visibility on deliverability and SMTP configuration. It solves the complexity of DNS and security, facilitates management with its intuitive interface, and allows easy configuration of SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MTA-STS, and TLS-RPT.

What do you like best about the product?

It allows me to identify authorised and unauthorised senders, and the interface is easy to use. Reasonably priced.

What do you dislike about the product?

Many features are only available as paid add-ons. Also, when I drill into results, I sometimes end up deep in filters and pages, and it can be hard to find my way back to where I started.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use it to monitor and track DMARC, SPF, and DKIM performance, and I really appreciate the hosted DMARC, SPF, and DKIM feature.

What do you like best about the product?

It is most helpful to have our emails authenticated by PowerDMARC. We sent a lot of emails at the beginning and end of the year and this is very helpful.

What do you dislike about the product?

I can't find anything that we dislike at this time.

PowerDMARC is solving our issue with emails being authenticated by providers.

What do you like best about the product?

PowerDMARC is easy to use for someone who really isn't all that IT savvy.

What do you dislike about the product?

The main interface/homepage for my account is a bit busy. I feel like I've clicked on a metric only to be sent to another similar page.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

We had a horrible issue with spam, fraud, etc emails. Our email provider is a budget service, so they don't offer the same amount of controls as PowerDMARC.

What do you like best about the product?

A super powerful tool that is passive in many regards and gives me an opportunity to quickly analyze any new mail sender, such as a HubSpot service or a new marketing service. The ability go to more advanced features quickly when I am not able do this manually

What do you dislike about the product?

The UI is somehow clunky, and the sometimes when managing multiple domains it is not clear which one is selected

My primary business problem was marketing deliverability based on shared IPs and ensuring correct setup

What do you like best about the product?

I like how PowerDMARC makes it easy to implement and monitor email security and authentication across my domains by abstracting away all the complexity, so it's mostly "set it and forget it." I appreciate their full coverage of tools like DKIM, SPF, and MTA-STS, allowing me to handle all my email security needs. The setup and onboarding process were extremely straightforward, with just a few DNS changes needed, which had me up and running surprisingly fast. I'm glad it's a one-stop shop for my email security.

The user interface is slightly busy and dated.

PowerDMARC simplifies email security and authentication by abstracting complexity and providing full coverage. It's a one-stop shop that lets me set and forget while staying confident my domains are protected, all with straightforward setup.
