What do you like best about the product?

I really appreciate the people in the PowerDMARC Sales and Support departments, especially Muqthar Javad in Support, who provided essential guidance for setting up integrations. His availability was impressive, as I was able to schedule a meeting with him just two hours after receiving a link to his calendar. It was meant to be a 30-minute meeting, but he stayed on for about an hour to ensure everything was covered. Garine Kevorkian from Sales has been very helpful with my questions about the platform's front-end and pricing. Both Muqthar and Garine respond to my emails promptly, usually within less than an hour. Additionally, PowerDMARC is the best option I've found for SMBs, online entrepreneurs, and sole proprietors, as it's the only platform hosting all the necessary protocols for email domain protection. It requires no prior experience in email authentication or DNS zone file manipulation to deploy DMARC on a domain. Setting it up as a user is incredibly simple, and even as an MSSP, it's straightforward unless integrating with third-party SaaS.

What do you dislike about the product?

The API documentation could be more elaborate. There are some key pieces of data that are missing, or at least very difficult to locate if they are present.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

PowerDMARC provides a white labeled platform for email authentication, helping me earn passive income. It supports all relevant protocols for domain protection, making it ideal for SMBs. No prior email authentication knowledge or DNS experience is needed.

What do you like best about the product?

PowerDMARC stands out as a comprehensive email authentication platform that goes well beyond just monitoring. What impressed us most was the end-to-end visibility it provides — within days of onboarding, we could see every single system sending emails on behalf of our domains across all five of our company domains. That level of transparency is something we simply did not have before.

- The gradual enforcement approach — moving from monitoring to quarantine to reject — was well-structured and gave us confidence to enforce without risking business disruption. We successfully closed a ~10% email authentication failure rate and reached full DMARC Reject policy enforcement with zero impact to our day-to-day email operations.

- The implementation support deserves a special mention. Our technical specialist was methodical, deeply knowledgeable, patient across a complex 10+ month rollout involving multiple third-party platforms and stakeholders. Every roadblock had an alternate solution ready — that level of ownership from the partner side is rare and made the entire journey significantly smoother.

The platform's ability to identify unauthorized third-party senders across a large, distributed sending ecosystem — marketing tools, CRMs, finance alerts, notification services — and guide each one through remediation without dropping a single legitimate email is genuinely impressive.

What do you dislike about the product?

- Mail volume caps — We hit ceiling limits during our rollout and had to engage the account team to extend our volume allocation. This process should ideally be more self-serve or proactively flagged before limits are reached.

- Onboarding complexity for large enterprises — For organizations with multiple domains, numerous third-party sending platforms, and cross-functional stakeholders, the initial setup can feel overwhelming. A more guided enterprise onboarding flow would reduce the time-to-value significantly.

- Reporting for non-technical stakeholders — The dashboard is powerful for technical users, but presenting insights to business or leadership teams requires manual interpretation. Executive-level summary reports or exportable snapshots would be a valuable addition.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Problems we faced before:
1. No visibility into which third-party platforms were sending emails on behalf of our domains
2. ~10% of emails failing authentication — silently hurting deliverability and sender reputation
3. Domains were vulnerable to spoofing — anyone could impersonate our company email domains
4. No centralised control across multiple company domains

How PowerDMARC solved it:

PowerDMARC prevents email spoofing and domain abuse by providing clear visibility into email authentication, benefiting us through improved email security, trusted delivery, and reduced phishing risk.

What do you like best about the product?

The service works very well and is pretty easy to set up and use. Support is excellent and pro-active. I like the grading scale; it really shows what's going on with a domain and provides an excellent way to show value to my clients. And they are continually adding features to make it even better. So what's not to like? Pricing is very reasonable, and more than pays for itself.

There are some things that could be clearer in terms of explanation, like what the scores mean, but their service dept. will help explain them.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

They definitely help with managing SPF. They dereference where SPF is pointing, and help point out where a client might be having problems. Of course, they also help reduce SPF paths, which many people don't even realize can cause them problems. They've also made the reporting components of DMARC actually useful by using the data to provide meaningful reports, instead of just sending informational, but largely useless, email messages. And they help troubleshoot problem areas or places where there are spoof gaps, etc.

What do you like best about the product?

The most notable feature of PowerDMARC is the complete visibility it provides over email authentication, allowing for easy identification of all sources sending on behalf of the domain and ensuring controlled DMARC compliance. The platform not only covers SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, but also integrates other key protocols such as MTA-STS, TLS-RPT, and BIMI, enabling a comprehensive approach to email security in one place.

Additionally, it greatly facilitates implementation even in complex environments, helping to move from monitoring to more restrictive policies like quarantine or reject safely. Automation, such as hosted SPF, along with a clear and intuitive interface, makes management efficient both technically and operationally.

What do you dislike about the product?

In general, the platform is quite comprehensive and fulfills its purpose very well. As a minor point, in more advanced scenarios with multiple sources or broadcasts, it may require a certain technical level to interpret some data in depth, but this is more due to the complexity of the email ecosystem than the tool itself.

PowerDMARC primarily addresses the lack of visibility and control over who sends emails on behalf of a domain, which is key to preventing impersonations (phishing) and protecting brand reputation. It allows identifying all sending sources, detecting incorrect configurations, and ensuring the correct alignment of SPF and DKIM to comply with DMARC.

At a business level, this translates into greater email security, reduced fraud risk, better deliverability, and increased trust from customers and partners. Additionally, by integrating protocols such as MTA-STS, TLS-RPT, and BIMI, it allows strengthening the security of the email channel comprehensively, not only at the authentication level but also in terms of encryption and brand visibility.

the responses are quite fast and concrete, they help solve problems to continue using the platform

What do you like best about the product?

Besides the obvious upside of having incredible email health visibility for all my customers, I love the PowerAnalyzer tool that allows me to generate reports for any prospect simply using their email domain. It's an extremely easy way to provide clarity to their email security without having to gain any access to their existing systems.

What do you dislike about the product?

One of the things I would like to see added to PowerDMarc is the ability to add or remove premium features without having to reach out to a sales rep. I would be much more likely to sign up for these features if I could do it at will instead of going through a person.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

While PowerDMarc does a great job at helping me create and enforce a managed DMarc service, one of the greatest features I love is the reporting. It helps me to show visibility in the value that I'm providing to my customers as an MSP instead of just saying it.

It’s easy to use for managing clients’ DMARC, DKIM, and similar settings.

I’m happy so far and have no complaints. The service has been excellent.
