    Amazon Connect SIP Connector helps to send SIP calls to Amazon Connect using Amazon Connect Webrtc Call APIs and triggers.a contact flow. It helps to use existing SIP phone numbers and send calls to Amazon Connect as VoIP. It also sends Amazon Connect calls to SIP. Comstice SIP Connector includes a SIP SBC, SIP Proxy, Audio Trascoder and Webrtc Gateway modules. Each service runs as Docker containers. You can run the solution on an EC2.

    Comstice offers Amazon Connect SIP Connector to communicate between SIP networks and Amazon Connect. You can use your existing SIP Trunk and phone numbers and integrate them with your Amazon Connect instance. Comstice SIP Connector triggers a contact flow based on the called number it receives from the SIP Network. Amazon Connect instance can transfer the call back to the SIP network if needed.

    You can also send the Amazon Connect call to SIP networks too. Comstice SIP Connector creates a SIP leg for your Amazon Connect call and merges both calls.
