Overview
Overview
The TransUnion Identity Graph connects individual customer records with differing identifiers from offline (i.e. name, address, phone, e-mail) and online (i.e. IP address, Device ID, hashed e-mail) sources and enriches them with demographics. We deliver more consistent resolution of customer identities by constructing our graph in one simultaneous process of clustering linkages into persistent offline-online identities. This match uses both historical and up-to-date customer attributes for over 250M US consumers. With our robust data, you can enhance and maintain views of your customers to power personalized experiences while eliminating data loss from disparate datasets and platforms.
We proactively update our identity graph to account for changes in consumer data, keeping your intelligence fresh. With our identity resources, you can use the same individual identifier to unify your customer and digital engagement data, helping you obtain more holistic views of your customers across channels and touchpoints - both online and offline.
Use Cases
Audience Building: Create audiences for customer acquisition or prospecting based on demographic and behavioral characteristics, and reach them offline and online.
Activation: Reduce duplicate targeting and excessive frequency by activating audience based on a single view of your prospects.
Measurement: Analyze the impact of your marketing on unique individuals and households.
