The solution is deployed since 2019 on all our ecommerce websites. We experience a very low rate of false positives.
Integration is fairly easy thanks to the dozens integrations available.
Works well out-of-the-box, and can be enriched with custom rules and models.
Support is quite reactive and helpful (spoken language can be french)
Server-side integration alone is not enough and client-side integration is required for the solution to work properly - this can be a concern for API protection.
The various dashboards can be quite slow especially when querying over long time ranges.
