- capturing and defining your objectives for AWS partnership as a part of your broader business development and growth agenda
- developing your AWS partnering strategy and plan to achieve those goals
- progressing against partner tier and/or program requirements - whether they be technical (eg FTR), business (eg solutions, GTM messaging, accessing funding) or human (eg training and certification)
- handling all administrative requirements for a partner across AWS systems (PartnerCentral, ACE, APFP, Marketplace) etc
- advising on systems selection and integration to improve alignment and speed up engagement with AWS
- sitting alongside your business development and sales staff interacting with customers in scoping and shaping AWS-based solutions
- helping you build relationships with AWS Partner Development Managers, Partner Sales Managers and local program/initiative leaders
- engaging with AWS sellers to promote your partner solutions and capabilities and activating co-sell for customer opportunities
- training and supporting your internal sales, partner and business admin staff
- being point-accountable in your management team for the success of your AWS partnership
Typically we are engaged as fractional resource basis over a longer term eg 0.2FTE = 1 day per week for 3-6 months but can flex up and down as required.
