Overview
Nitrosend is an AI-native email platform for growth, lifecycle and developer teams. Create campaigns, build event-triggered automation flows, send transactional email and manage unlimited stored contacts from one account. Work through the web dashboard, REST API, Node SDK, CLI or remote Model Context Protocol (MCP) server. Brand kits, reusable templates, dynamic segments and engagement analytics keep your messaging connected to your brand and audience.
Use Nitrosend-managed sending infrastructure or connect your own supported sending provider on a paid plan. Sending-domain authentication, suppression handling, recipient-consent checks and account sending controls apply across every entry point. AI tools help create templates, draft campaigns and operate workflows; account permissions and approval controls govern delivery. API and MCP access are included in all AWS plans.

Free includes 8,000 emails to start, then 500/month, 20 AI actions/month, 3 brands, 1 custom sending domain and 1 seat, with unlimited stored contacts and API/MCP access. Free has no charged overages, no payment card collection by Nitrosend and no automatic conversion to a paid plan. Initial allowances are per Nitrosend account, not per AWS license; linking or renewing does not reset them. Included usage stops at the normal Free limits. A paid upgrade requires choosing a paid plan in AWS Marketplace.
Pro includes 20,000 emails, 500 SMS, 1,000 AI actions, 5 brands, 3 custom sending domains and 3 seats. Ultra includes 125,000 emails, 2,000 SMS, 5,000 AI actions, 10 brands, 10 custom sending domains and 10 seats. Stored contacts are unlimited. On Pro and Ultra, eligible usage above the monthly allowances is billed through AWS Marketplace using the selected plan's published rate card. The initial AWS offer supports email and AI overages plus SMS to the United States, Canada and Australia. Other paid usage categories are unavailable through this offer. Sending capacity remains subject to account standing, consent, sender authentication and deliverability controls.
After subscribing, choose Set up your account, sign in or create a Nitrosend account, and explicitly approve the AWS license link. Nitrosend verifies your entitlement with AWS before activating the selected plan. Review allowances, usage and spend controls in Nitrosend; manage the contract, invoices and payment through AWS Marketplace. Nitrosend does not collect a payment card for the AWS-owned plan. Paid plans include priority support.

Pricing
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

Dimensions summary
You pick one plan: Free, Pro, or Ultra, each selected at quantity 1. The Free plan carries no charged overages. Pro and Ultra each include monthly allowances for emails, SMS, and AI actions. When you exceed those allowances, usage-based overage dimensions bill you per unit. Each paid plan has four overage types: email, US/Canada SMS, Australia SMS, and AI actions, priced separately per plan. One AI action equals one model generation; sending an email does not consume one. Overage usage reports to AWS hourly and appears on your AWS Marketplace bill.

One AI action is one generation from the model, such as a campaign draft, segment suggestion, subject line, or insight. Sending an email does not consume an AI action. Each generation beyond your plan's monthly AI action allowance bills as one overage unit.
SMS overage is priced by destination region. One US/Canada SMS above your allowance bills under that region's dimension. One Australia SMS bills under its own dimension. Each paid plan has separate rates for both regions, so your bill reflects where messages are sent.
The AWS offer prices only email, US/Canada SMS, Australia SMS, and AI action overages. A resource not priced in that offer is unavailable through the AWS license. It is not moved to a saved card. Normal allowance, spend cap, and delivery checks apply before any work runs.
