Pricing
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

how fast the whole system is, being able to exit out of a file and someone open it straight away.

Not being able to see exactly what each person has open makes things harder than they need to be, because I end up having to ask my teammates instead of just checking it myself.
the AI, it is a little hard to understand ow to "train" it as its not specifically clear what each tool in the "Knowledge basis" does differently unless you trial and error everything

Overall, I’m happy with the speed of closing down programs through "cabinet vision" and with how quickly files upload to the network. Setup was straightforward, and it’s been easy to pass that knowledge on to others.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Egnyte for its user-friendly interface, which makes it very straightforward to use. It allows other agencies to upload documents with ease, effectively addressing the challenge of sharing files both within our organization and with external partners. Setting it up for my team was also a simple process. I rely on Egnyte daily for content management, especially when working with creative materials. Large files can be uploaded and transferred quickly, which is a significant advantage.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it expensive to add team members with a full account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Egnyte easily solves sharing issues, both internally and externally. It's straightforward and allows other agencies to upload documents, streamlining content management.

I'm really pleased that my company is able to store and manage all of our documentation on a single platform.

I really have not run into any issues or problems to date.

This tool has been beneficial for my business by allowing me to keep everything organized in one place, accessible at any time. I also appreciate the ability to securely store our sensitive information and easily restrict employee access so that only authorized individuals can view it.
