Robust File Server That Enables Company-Wide Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
It's a really robust file server system that enables collaboration across the whole company.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have a on-prem or hybrid model.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to have a centralized location to store all files, letting us control who can access what files.
Easy way to manage, Share and secure files With team collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I work as a Dietician and Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create health education content, so my daily work includes diet charts, patient files, lab reports, PDFs and sometimes health education videos also. What I like best about Egnyte is that I can keep everything in one place and organize it in proper folders, so my work stays clear and easy to manage and I don’t get confused.
ease of use is very simple, no technical setup Needed. I started using it directly for my clinic work. I use it regularly to check patient records, update diet charts and manage content files. The inbuilt Pdf editor is very useful for my work. Many times I need to edit diet charts or update patient reports, and I can do it directly here without downloading again, which saves time. file sharing is also easy. I can quickly send diet plans, reports or even videos to patients or staff using a link, which makes communication simple. Search option also helps when there are many files. If I make changes in a file, I can still go back to older version which is useful sometimes.
Performance is good, files open fast and it does not feel slow even with multiple folders. Number of features is enough for daily work like folder management, sharing, Pdf editing and version control, not too complicated. It also works well with Google Docs and MS Office files, so integration feels smooth. overall it feels stable and reliable. It helps me manage my clinic data and health content in a simple and organized way.

What do you dislike about the product?
when I upload multiple files or bigger folders, it sometimes takes a little more time depending on internet, so I have to wait till everything is uploaded properly. While using the Pdf editor, basic edits work fine, but for more detailed editing I still feel more comfortable using a dedicated PDF tool. another small thing is that when there are many folders, the interface can feel a bit busy and I need to click a few times to find the exact file.

I understand that you can’t keep things secure without a robust login system, but when I’m traveling outside of the United States, the security measures make it harder to log in.

A secure place that coworkers to store documents, a central location that allows us to get away from a external drive that is difficult to log in to

We needed a secure, scalable, and affordable solution for SMBs we could use to store and share.
Fast, High-Capacity Cloud Drive That Can Even Handle Direct Video Editing
What do you like best about the product?
The speed and high capacity of the system. I'm even able to work directly on some 4K video projects from the cloud drive,
What do you dislike about the product?
As a cloud-based data resource, the only real dangers aren't specific to Egnyte, but you are vulnerable to a team member altering file locations, or deleting things that you need. Luckily, Admins have the ability to restore deletions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been using it for nearly six years and it has made our agency tremendously more efficient in terms of sharing content and organizing our projects. People can find files you're working on even when you're out of the office.
Effortless Document Sharing with Smooth Cloud Transition
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Egnyte is very user-friendly, letting you learn to use it by yourself without needing specific training for basic purposes. I also appreciate that Egnyte allows us to manage permissions for different sets of folders and documents, which is crucial for us as a construction company. The smooth transition from our internal servers to Egnyte, with help from the Egnyte team, made the switch easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe use of AI tools in Egnyte for finding different set of files or content of files stored in our workplace would make a great impact for daily use

Egnyte solves the issue of sharing files with external users, allowing us to manage document permissions easily. It's user-friendly and lets us transition from internal servers to cloud storage, enhancing our document management.

What do you like best about the product?
We appreciated its hybrid cloud approach, and we also found the permission controls to be excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that Egnyte is on the more expensive side.

It helps solve the problem of sharing files more efficiently, and it also makes editing documents easier and more straightforward.
Rock-Solid Security and Easy File Recovery
What do you like best about the product?
The security as well as the capability to go back and undelete files that may have been accidentally deleted.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides yet. No program is perfect, but this one shines.

Ability to allow the team to access files from anywhere with internet access, but still give you traceability when files are accessed. Very detailed reports.
Egnyte Checked All the Boxes for HIPAA-Compliant Cloud Migration
What do you like best about the product?
Its capabilities to integrate with any cloud apps leveraging on its api`s . We had a strict HIPAA requirement to move data from on prem to some cloud storage and Egnyte was very to migrate to and checked all boxes for our business requirements

I didn't find any or can think of as it was one the best online storage platform
