MCE's product mission is simple: Mobilize better customer Experiences. With mce Connect, we turn device-related headaches of Mobile Network Operators (MNOs and MVNOs) into competitive advantages with our pioneering end-to-end digital-first Device Lifecycle Management Platform (dDLM). This AI-led, Omnichannel Platform delivers game-changing experiences across all device related customer journeys - driving business velocity, margins and NPS.
It provides a new way for Mobile Network Operators to create seamless experiences for 'device-related-journeys'. These journeys for the operator's and customers typically start with the activation and onboarding of a new phone - usually with a trade-in and includes a content transfer as well as a certified wipe of the old phone to provide utmost privacy for the customers. For here, it continues over the customer lifecycle with phone care and management of potential repairs. Eventually, the customer upgrades to a new phone and the process starts again. For all these journeys, MCE retail and care solutions that are omnichannel connected to support and enable these processes. These are realized by three unique elements:
First, 11 powerful core microservices provide users with the remote intelligence needed to solve requests and complete journeys (e.g. device care or trade-in) on their device.
Second, these microservices are built on top of three cloud-native foundational platform services: omni layer enabling omnichannel capabilities and intelligence, workflow layer with compliance engine (ensuring integrity at scale), and common device data layer (CDL). These layers comprise the Device-AI layer which processes the core platform capabilities and assets. Specifically, the omnichannel layer ensures that customers from repeating steps, enables personalized solution, and creates contextual marketing opportunities.
Third, customer journeys are then orchestrated through a management console with journey configuration, contextual marketing and promotion engine, as well as BI analytics. For the customer and frontline application, and omnichannel front-end UI combines microservices, foundational platform services, and the management console to create and deliver the differentiating use cases.
The dDLM platform with mce Connect is easy to implement and integrate in any existing architecture with fast ROI due to our platform approach with a low-code technology stack. We have a track record as a proven technology partner who is also highly acclaimed for its world class products, innovation, and implementation trough seven straight industry gold awards - most notably the Stevie Awards.

AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
This contract offers one pricing dimension based on the number of smartphone subscribers you cover. You buy in units of 10 million subscribers. Pricing scales with your subscriber base, so larger deployments require more units. The platform manages device life-cycle services across customer touchpoints for telecom operators. You pay for the subscriber capacity you need under a fixed contract term, rather than by usage or hourly rates.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as a smartphone subscriber for billing purposes?
A subscriber is a mobile customer whose device life-cycle services the platform manages. You buy capacity in blocks of 10 million subscribers. Each block covers up to that number of subscribers across your customer touchpoints, regardless of how many channels or interactions each subscriber uses.
How does my cost change as my subscriber base grows?
Pricing scales in fixed steps of 10 million subscribers. If your base grows past one block, you add another unit to cover the extra subscribers. Cost increases by whole units, not gradually per subscriber. You should size your unit count to match your covered subscriber base.
Is this billed by usage or as a fixed commitment?
This is a contract based on subscriber capacity, not usage or hourly rates. You commit to covering a set number of subscribers in 10 million blocks under a fixed term. Your charge stays tied to the capacity you buy, not the volume of interactions or workflows run.
