AUTOMATED SECURE DEPLOYMENT
Every instance launch triggers an automated first-boot process that generates cryptographically secure random passwords for both MySQL root and Joomla database user, retrieves instance metadata including public IP and instance ID, configures all services, and creates a credentials file in the ubuntu home directory. This zero-configuration approach eliminates manual setup while ensuring each deployment has unique security credentials.

QUICK START GUIDE FOR BUSINESS DEPLOYMENT
STEP 1: LAUNCH INSTANCE Launch your EC2 instance from this AMI. Wait 3-5 minutes for automated first-boot configuration to complete.
STEP 2: RETRIEVE CREDENTIALS SSH into your instance: ssh -i your-key.pem ubuntu@YOUR-INSTANCE-IP
View your auto-generated credentials: cat ~/credentials.txt
This file contains your Instance ID, Public IP, MySQL database credentials, and MySQL root password.
STEP 3: COMPLETE WEB INSTALLATION Open your browser to: http://YOUR-INSTANCE-IP
Follow the Joomla installation wizard:
- Database Type: MySQLi
- Hostname: localhost
- Username: joomla_user
- Password: (from credentials.txt)
- Database Name: joomla_db
- Table Prefix: jml_
Complete the installation wizard with your business site name and admin account details.
STEP 4: SECURE YOUR INSTALLATION After installation completes, immediately delete the installation directory: sudo rm -rf /var/www/html/joomla/installation/
Delete the credentials file: rm ~/credentials.txt
