Pricing

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about DataDome Bot Protect is its ability to prevent credential stuffing and database abuse.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Account Protect feature generates too many false positives, causing some legitimate users to be flagged incorrectly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DataDome Bot Protect provides a critical layer of protection that prevents our servers from being overwhelmed by scrapers, credential stuffing attacks, and other malicious automated traffic. This allows us to maintain service availability, reduce infrastructure costs, and ensure a better experience for legitimate users.

What do you like best about the product?
I like having a trusted enterprise-grade bot and online fraud protection. Utilizing AI to fight AI is necessary at this day and age.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main downside of data dome is the cost. False positives are also a concern and can cause major friction with our customers when they take place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data Dome is helping protect our company from the nonstop onslaught of bots that target incentive-based online businesses.

What do you like best about the product?
I find that DataDome works pretty good, and I can reliably trust it. The support is great and has been really helpful in times when we've been hit hard by bot attacks. Even when attacks weren't immediately detected, their support managed to find a way to block more sophisticated attacks quickly. The initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the UI experience to be better, particularly the sorting of the endpoints. I'd prefer if i could group them somehow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DataDome mitigates bot attacks effectively. The tool holds its ground well, and support quickly addresses sophisticated attacks. It works pretty good and the support is great, providing us reliable trust.

What do you like best about the product?
The web interface is clean and easy to use. The Bot Protect component deploys and integrates very easily with Cloudfront, while having an almost imperceptible impact on latency. AI is at the heart of the product and continuously evolves to meet different needs. The Datadome team is very present and does not hesitate to evolve the product if necessary.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Account Protect section, although very functional, requires much more work to avoid blocking legitimate users. Pricing can also be an issue. The ROI seems good for large sites, but it can be a hindrance for smaller structures.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before DataDome, managing malicious traffic regularly required manual analysis and adjustments. Today, the majority of malicious bots/users are detected and blocked automatically, improving our stability.
