    Dimensions summary

This listing sells four separate modules of the Nexthink Infinity platform, each billed by Units under a contract term. You can buy Workplace Experience, Employee Engagement, Application Experience, and Amplify independently, so you pick the capabilities you need. Workplace Experience covers endpoint visibility, diagnostics, and remediation. Employee Engagement handles two-way employee communications. Application Experience tracks application performance, usage, and adoption. Amplify equips service desk agents with insights and one-click fixes. Each module is priced per Unit, so your total scales with the quantity of Units you commit to across the term.

    Top-of-mind questions for buyers

Each module bills per Unit under a contract term. The listing does not spell out whether a Unit maps to an employee, a device, or an endpoint. Confirm the exact Unit definition for Workplace Experience, Employee Engagement, Application Experience, and Amplify with the vendor before committing.
You buy each module separately, so each is priced per Unit on its own. If you buy several, the charges add together rather than blending into one rate. Your total is the sum of Units committed across each module you select.
Each module is sold independently, so you can pick only the capabilities you need now. Workplace Experience, Employee Engagement, Application Experience, and Amplify are separate purchases. To add another module later, arrange the additional Unit commitment with the vendor.

Proactive Alerts and Cost Savings with Nexthink

    Reviewed on Aug 07, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I like Nexthink for its workspace, application metering, and workflow features, as they save both time and costs. It helps me understand how many users are on costly applications, allowing for informed decision-making. The proactive issue detection and resolution are also great time-savers. I find the platform to be noticeably more user-friendly compared to 1E Tachyon, and the initial setup was very easy since it's a SaaS application.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nexthink does not work well at the GPO level. I think we should improve Nexthink capability by integrating it at the AD GPO level so we can at least get policy names data which affects logon scores.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Nexthink for proactive issue alert review, resolution, and automation, saving cost by understanding application use to make informed decisions. It saves time with proactive issue detection and resolution.

The number of licenses that needs to be purchased for additional features
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Resolving issues with applications that are causing the most frustration for employees.

One stop shop for team member issues.

    Reviewed on Jul 27, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
The different functionalities that are available to end users and admins. The workspace application has helped me to use Nexthink asd a layman user and gain a better understanding of how the tool works.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Nexthink were better with reporting. The application gives some insight into how team members are interacting with the tool. Howerver a more granular reporting with exporting capability would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
End users' issues range from connectivity to applications crashing. This is benefiting us by giving the ability to resolve issues more quickly, sometimes before team members can realize there is an issue.

Remote Actions and Workspace Insights Have Me Excited for Spark

    Reviewed on Jul 27, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the remote actions, leveraging workspace to dig deeper and am really excited about what Spark will bring moving forward
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to not track progress or value from our changes in a spreadsheet. Some what to bring the analytics and value prop into the tool would be a big improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are starting to move toward proactive remediation which will smooth employee experience. We are also hoping to leverage NT actions to remediate issues before support is engaged, which would help reduce calls and allow our folks to focus on more complex issues.

Enhances Digital Experience, Needs NQL Improvements

    Reviewed on Jul 27, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Nexthink provides a trove of data about devices and the software running on them that can be applied to countless use cases across many different departments and workstreams. It enables us as a company to provide the best technology experience for our users by having the tools to pinpoint where issues are and address them precisely and even proactively. Nexthink helps our support teams troubleshoot IT issues by having data on the device, while it also shows software performance information helping our internal app teams track crashes and performance to enhance and debug those applications better. It also assists our software procurement teams in seeing application usage for 3rd party software for better software license management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nexthink's API and integration tooling could be more mature. Query access is rigid, and the NQL syntax has some inconsistencies across data types. I'd like to allow ad hoc NQL queries via the API instead of requiring every query to be pre-saved with a Query ID first. Standardization of aggregation syntax across data types would also be a big improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Nexthink to get a full picture of how end-user devices are performing and gather user's feedback. It helps troubleshoot IT issues, improve app performance, and manage software licenses effectively.
