Overview
Creatio CRM is the Creatio no-code platform for CRM and workflow automation, delivered as a managed service by Orda. The licenses are the Creatio CRM licenses from Creatio's price list: Creatio Business & AI Studio (the Creatio Platform, Enterprise plan) plus the Creatio Sales, Creatio Service and Creatio Marketing products.
Creatio combines a no-code application platform with ready CRM products:
- Creatio Business & AI Studio (Creatio Platform, Enterprise plan): the mandatory foundation of every environment. No-code designers for data models, pages, business processes (BPMN), integrations and dashboards, with AI assistants and agents built into the platform.
- Creatio Sales: end-to-end sales automation from lead to order, including accounts and contacts, opportunities, forecasting, quotes and orders, and sales process management.
- Creatio Service: customer service and case management, service catalog, SLA tracking, omnichannel communication and self-service portal.
- Creatio Marketing: multichannel campaign automation, segmentation, lead nurturing, email marketing and event management with consent management.
What Orda provides

- Onboarding: after you subscribe, Orda contacts you, confirms your administrator and environment name, sets up the environment and sends you the address and administrator credentials.

Subscription and pricing Licensing is per named user per year. Every user needs one Creatio Business & AI Studio (Platform, Enterprise) license; Creatio Sales, Creatio Service and Creatio Marketing are licenses for the users who need those products. Choose the number of users per product when you subscribe. Contract terms of 12, 24 and 36 months are available. Additional users can be added at any time through AWS Marketplace. Hosting and operation are included in the per-user price. Implementation, data migration and training services are available separately from Orda.
Orda is an authorized Creatio partner that hosts and operates Creatio for its customers.

Pricing
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.

Vendor refund policy
Refund requests for the Creatio CRM subscription are handled by Orda by email at info@orda.co.il or via https://www.orda.co.il/contact . Refunds are considered for documented service unavailability or billing errors. Prorated refunds for unused contract time are not provided except as required by AWS Marketplace policies or by law. Private offer refunds are governed by the terms of that offer.
