Faster and with Management
We have used another company on AWS MP before, but decided to go with these guys because the EC2 was designed for speed. Redmine can load a little slow if not optimized.
Although not the latest versions, we decided it was a good place to start. We are also using aMiSTACX for our WordPress, so we figured let's give it a go to stay with the same MP vendor.

* You get monitoring with their Area 51
* Great support!
Cons
* Not the latest and greatest version of Redmine.
