    Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

    Pegasystems Customer Engagement Suite provides a set of features. The customization options are improved. Its an established framework, in the industry.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Its user interface lacking in appeal and modernity. This makes it less user-friendly and more difficult to navigate.

    Pegasystems Customer Engagement Suite has the ability to help us analyze customer behavior and preferences. This creates personalized experiences for our customers leading to satisfaction levels.

    What is our primary use case?

    I have not worked full-fledged with Pega Sales Automation. In my company, we use Pega Sales Automation during presale phases with clients. Pega Sales Automation is used in our company because we use it as a low-code platform for citizen developers.

    What is most valuable?

    The two strong and most important features of Pega Sales Automation are Pega CDH and Pega Process AI.

    What needs improvement?

    I want Pega Sales Automation to provide users with more predictive and adaptive models and on how to get a forecast of upcoming leads since these two are areas where the solution lacks.

    For how long have I used the solution?

    I have been using Pega Sales Automation for four years. My company is an elite partner of Pega.

    What do I think about the stability of the solution?

    Stability-wise, I rate the solution an eight out of ten.

    The stability of Pega Sales Automation depends upon how an IT architecture is built, and because of this, I can say that users would experience no downtimes in an IT environment with high-availability servers. With Pega Sales Automation, I haven't seen any downtimes.

    What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

    Scalability-wise, I rate the solution a nine out of ten.

    Pega Sales Automation is preferred by one of my company's clients, an organization with around 3,000 people.

    How are customer service and support?

    I haven't faced any issues with the technical support team of Pega.

    How was the initial setup?

    The initial setup of Pega Sales Automation was easy since it is a tool meant for sales-related activities, and moreover, it is a very low-code tool. A developer or business developer can create flows in Pega Sales Automation, which can be easily used. The business knowledge can be easily replicated onto Pega Sales Automation, where a user can create their own personas or portals. As Pega Sales Automation is a low-code platform, it is very easy to create sales portals.

    The solution is deployed on the cloud.

    Which other solutions did I evaluate?

    I have an idea of other sales automation tools like Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics CRM, even though I haven't had a chance to use them.

    What other advice do I have?

    I don't have way too much hands-on experience with Pega Sales Automation. I mostly deal with customer service and the robotics part of my company.

    I can recommend the solution to those who plan to use it.

    I rate the overall tool an eight to nine out of ten.

    What do you like best about the product?
    The whole UI of the tool is so simple to use and makes the process of automation smooth. This tool reduces time and makes sales performance efficient.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    The size of the application is quite significant. Therefore it lags and shuts down quite often.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    It makes learning, handling and maintaining of sales process straightforward, simple and automated.
