What do you like best about the product?
The AI companion when given clear instruction for a basic flow chart will do it easily
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not completely intuitive so it take a while to understand how to use the function.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was trying to solve creating a swimlane diagram, but the complexity of it was too much for it to understand using AI. However with training this could be used well for data process models and charts

What do you like best about the product?
I find Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite incredibly valuable for creating architecture diagrams, data journeys, and data flow diagrams. The ease of use is impressive; it feels natural to use with its great UI and UX, and the performance is top-notch. I also appreciate the collaboration features which make it straightforward to add teammates to work on shared artifacts. The library of objects, icons, and visuals is extensive, and I always find what we need easily, which saves me time. The AI assistance is another aspect I like, as it aids in enhancing my workflow. The initial setup was very easy as well, requiring no need to reach out for support or read documentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Add more support for more icons, shapes. Make the library up to date with all the global tools being released, update visuals to match new branding guidelines of companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite accelerates the process of developing, building, and collaborating on architecture diagrams, saving us time and making teamwork more efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is its intuitive drag-and-drop interface and its real-time collaboration features. It makes it simple to create flowcharts, diagrams, and visual workflows, even while working with team members at the same time. The templates are a real time-saver, and the overall experience feels clean, well organized, and friendly for beginners.
What do you dislike about the product?
One area that could be improved is the pricing structure, since some advanced features are only available in higher-tier plans. Also, large diagrams can occasionally be slower to load, and additional offline functionality would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite helps solve communication and planning challenges by providing a visual workspace for diagrams, flowcharts, and brainstorming sessions. What do you like best about the product?
Lucid visual collaboration suite not only helps developers / BA/ consultant or anyother professional to build the schema for their project or pitch for the new project etc but also provides seamless experience . This boost up the productivity and helps individual to excel in their career.

navigation from one piece to another can be improved. Also when multiple people work simultaneously it sometimes behaves weird.

With the help of lucid , i am able to prepare the project schema or visual representation perfectly and quickly. In this fast running work lucid visual collaboration is a saviour.
