Vendor refund policy
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase by contacting paul.martineau@neuralk-ai.com . Refunds are not available after 14 days or once the platform has been used for inference processing. For annual contracts, early termination does not entitle the buyer to a prorated refund.
