The IPG 360° IAM Assessment provides a comprehensive evaluation of your current Identity and Access Management landscape. We analyze the technical implementation as well as organizational processes, governance structures, compliance requirements, and the strategic direction of your IAM environment. The IPG 360° IAM Assessment follows a structured four-step approach:

1. Kick-off and Questionnaire: Alignment of scope and objectives and collection of relevant information through a structured questionnaire.
2. Interviews and Analysis: Interviews with IAM stakeholders, architects, operations teams, and compliance representatives.
3. Evaluation and Assessment: IAM maturity assessment, risk evaluation, and strengths-and-weaknesses analysis.
4. Report and Workshop: Presentation of the results, a prioritized action plan, and recommendations for the future IAM roadmap.
