This is a repackaged open source software product wherein additional charges apply for independent packaging, setup documentation and maintenance by Software Sushi. Ubuntu 24.04 x86_64, first-boot TLS and private access files are included. Software Sushi is independent of the upstream project and does not claim upstream or AWS endorsement.
Launch t3.small with at least 24 GiB encrypted gp3 root storage, IMDSv2 and inbound application ports closed. Connect using Session Manager as ubuntu or SSH restricted to an administrative CIDR. Wait for cloud-init and run sudo -iu ubuntu bash /opt/sushi/docs/demo.sh. Reach the HTTPS service on port 8443 through a Session Manager port-forwarding session or an SSH tunnel. The bundled customer guide explains private access files and your first request.
EC2, EBS and data transfer charges are separate from software charges. Back up customer data before replacing an instance.
Version 0.1.7 bundles the customer launch guide and real-use walkthrough. Known issues: the retained complete 17 October 2026 host scan reports 680 High and 104 Critical matches in the pinned kernel. The complete runtime scan reports zero High/Critical matches. Complete compiled-component coverage remains unverified, and this version has not passed Software Sushi full security gate. Read https://docs.softwaresushi.com/victoriametrics/operations/#maintenance for the exact scan times, limitations and maintenance guidance before deployment.

AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
This listing uses one usage-based pricing dimension billed per running instance-hour on a t3.small EC2 instance. You pay the software rate only while an instance runs, so stopping or terminating instances ends that hourly software charge. There is no upfront commitment, annual term, or bundled trial. The price covers the packaged single-node software only. AWS infrastructure such as EC2, EBS storage, and data transfer is billed separately by AWS. Pricing does not scale across tiers or sizes; you add storage separately for your ingestion and retention needs.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What hardware do I get on the t3.small instance for this hourly rate?
You get a single-node setup on a t3.small instance with at least 2 GiB of memory and 24 GiB of root storage. These are minimum starting sizes, not throughput benchmarks. You provision extra storage separately to match your ingestion volume and retention needs.
Am I still charged the software rate when the instance is stopped?
The software rate meters only running instance-hours. Stopping or terminating the instance ends the hourly software charge. However, retained EBS volumes and other AWS resources can keep incurring AWS charges even while the instance is stopped. Terminate unused instances to control both compute and software usage.
What is included in the software charge, and what must I pay separately?
The charge covers the packaged single-node software with one-month retention and private HTTPS access. EC2 compute, EBS storage, and data transfer are billed separately by AWS. No cluster, tenant isolation, enterprise features, or extra monitoring tools are included. Add storage yourself for ingestion volume and retention.

An AMI is a virtual image that provides the information required to launch an instance. Amazon EC2 (Elastic Compute Cloud) instances are virtual servers on which you can run your applications and workloads, offering varying combinations of CPU, memory, storage, and networking resources. You can launch as many instances from as many different AMIs as you need.
