MONITOR YOUR ENTIRE ESTATE FROM A SINGLE PANE OF GLASS
SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL and MongoDB, all in one place. Get a unified, web-based view of all your instances, availability groups, clusters and virtual machines, no matter where they are located. If anything needs attention, quickly drill down for detailed performance statistics.
As your estate expands, your monitoring keeps pace. Regardless of where your servers are hosted, you manage your entire environment from a single pane of glass. Stay on top of configurations, access rights, installed versions and patches, licensing, disk usage statistics, backups and more, all in one place.
OPTIMIZE CLOUD PERFORMANCE AND CONTROL SPEND
Moving databases to Amazon RDS for SQL Server, Amazon Aurora or Amazon RDS for PostgreSQL does not have to mean accepting gaps in monitoring coverage or building your performance picture from scratch. Redgate Monitor gives you full visibility into database performance before, during and after migration, so your team can baseline workloads, detect performance drops at the moment they occur and optimize resource usage across your cloud environment, without surprises at go live. Confidently migrate and optimize your databases to AWS, knowing your monitoring keeps pace every step of the way, with consistent real time coverage across hybrid and cloud-native environments from one central dashboard.
Virtual machine cost data flows directly from AWS into the platform, turning cloud cost unpredictability into financial control. See allocated versus actual usage across vCPUs, memory and storage for every virtual machine in your estate, compare spend period over period and identify where provisioning significantly exceeds actual consumption. Right sizing decisions become evidence based, directly supporting alignment with the cost optimization and performance efficiency pillars of the AWS Well Architected Framework.
FAST DIAGNOSIS AND PROACTIVE RESOLUTION
Optimize performance, ensure security and mitigate potential risks across your database estate with instant problem diagnosis, intelligent alerting and deep dive performance metrics. Your DBA team gets the context-rich visibility to stay ahead of issues and resolve problems before they affect users, ensuring a stable, high-performing environment at every stage of your cloud journey.
With customizable alerts tailored to your environment, the answers to the health of your estate are always at your fingertips. Drill down into potential issues and resolve them before they become a problem. Every deployment is tracked alongside key database metrics on the instance timeline, so when unusual behavior follows a release you know exactly where to start your investigation.
SAFEGUARD DATA SECURITY AND ENSURE COMPLIANCE
Minimize the manual effort involved in ensuring data security and compliance. Instant visibility into past and present user access rights across your entire estate means your team always knows who has access to what and when that changed. Automated security auditing checks configurations continuously against the CIS Benchmark for SQL Server 2022, providing a clear compliance trail without additional workload on the DBA team. Permission tracking delivers an always current, always available view of access across your estate, so your team meets compliance requirements without carrying the audit burden manually.
ENTERPRISE RESILIENCE, TRUSTED AT SCALE
A high availability architecture runs multiple Base Monitors behind load balancers, ensuring monitoring continuity even when individual components require maintenance or fail. The Data API integrates monitoring data into existing operational tooling, reporting systems and management dashboards, so the intelligence your DBAs rely on reaches every team that needs it. Trusted by 92% of the Fortune 100 and relied upon to monitor more than one million databases worldwide, Redgate brings 25 years of database expertise to the world's most demanding estates.

Intuitive, DBA-Focused SQL Server Monitoring - but still behind on AI
Easy-to-Read Real-Time Alerts, Helpful Query Insights, Great Overview panel and Smooth AD SSO
The notification by mail is also a good point as we don't have to connect everytime with it.
As well, the query viewer and the statistics of SQL queries are very useful and helped us many times during troubleshooting.
To end it, we obviously like the link with Active Directory to bring some access via SSO to our users.
The GUI can get very filled with a lot (or too much) details.
Also, we encounters a lot of lock and deadlocks that are well explained in RedGate Monitor.
Some indexes are also suggested via the RedGate intelligence and that makes us review the way some databases tables are made. Even if often, the AI doesn't give the best indexes, it can help us troubleshoot and increase our schemas.
