Prove's Approach and Solutions:
Call Verification and Spoofing Protection: Prove Caller Authentication confirms a phone number is actively connected during a live interaction-helping detect spoofing, prevent fraud, and ensure the caller is truly who they claim to be.
Account Takeover Protection: Trust Score and Identity VerifySM provide instant and real-time scoring of behavioral risk assigned to a phone identity token and phone number to prevent account takeovers. Seamlessly safeguard real users while blocking fraudsters.
Continuous Identity Monitoring: Prove Identity ManagerSM continuously monitors for profile changes, such as phone numbers, device and attribute changes for ongoing identity accuracy.
Step-Up For High-Risk Events: Instant LinkSM actively authenticates mobile devices and fortifies the SMS OTP process by having users click on an URL link delivered via SMS. Mobile Auth replaces traditional OTPs to passively authenticate when you need.
Recognize Returning Users Immediately: Prove Unified AuthenticationSM passively and persistently recognizes returning users across sessions and devices without added friction for users.
AWS Specific: IAM roles created by this deployment
This solution's CloudFormation template creates two IAM roles in your AWS account, each used as an execution role by one of the deployed Lambda functions. Both follow least-privilege and grant only the permissions described below.
Call Auth Lambda execution role - Assumed only by the Call Auth Lambda function. Grants permission to write logs to its own CloudWatch log group and to send AWS X-Ray trace data. No other AWS access.
Trust Score Lambda execution role - Assumed only by the Trust Score Lambda function. Grants permission to write logs to its own CloudWatch log group and to send AWS X-Ray trace data. No other AWS access.
The template also grants Amazon Connect permission to invoke each Lambda function, scoped to the specific Connect instance you provide. Buyers are responsible for any AWS infrastructure charges (Lambda, CloudWatch, X-Ray, and Amazon Connect usage) they incur, which are billed separately from the AWS Marketplace transaction.

AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
This listing has one pricing dimension, billed as Prove Units under a contract. You commit to a set quantity of units for the contract term. Units cover phone-based identity verification and authentication built into Amazon Connect. This includes confirming a phone line during a live call and scoring caller risk before the call reaches an agent. Pricing scales with the number of units you purchase, so higher expected call or verification volume calls for a larger unit commitment. There are no separate tiers or add-on dimensions to choose between.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one Prove unit for billing?
A unit maps to a verification or authentication action performed through Amazon Connect. This includes confirming a phone line is active during a live call, scoring caller risk, or authenticating a returning caller. Each processed interaction draws down from your committed unit quantity.
What happens if my verification volume exceeds my committed units?
You commit to a set quantity of units for the contract term, and cost scales with that quantity. If your call or verification volume grows beyond your commitment, you would need to arrange additional units. For specifics on overage handling, contact the vendor.
Do I pay per call routed through Amazon Connect, or only for verified interactions?
Billing draws on units tied to identity actions Prove performs, such as confirming a live phone line or scoring caller risk before the call reaches an agent. Your contact flow decides which callers get routed through Prove, so verification steps drive unit consumption.
