- Detailed assessment of the current ZIA configuration, including detailed report sent to the customer
- Customer specific recommendations for improvements
- Configuration and Policy review - Ensuring that security and access controls are configured to Zscaler best practices and meet the customers requirements.
- Integrations - Review 3rd party integrations with Zscaler (I.e. Crowdstrike, Microsoft, SD-WAN etc)
- Licensing and Feature Set review - ensuring that the features included with the purchased licensing is being utilised to its full potential.
- Workshops with the customer - Up to 3 workshops are held in collaboration with the customer and Sekuro to determine current Zscaler Internet Access state, discuss preliminary findings and provide insight into why configurations were made, and to discuss future state requirements for the platform by the customer.
