This listing has one pricing dimension covering the Sage Intacct platform and its users. You buy under a contract, billed as an annual subscription. Pricing is tailored to your organisation's size and needs, so the number of user licenses drives what you pay. As you add users, your cost scales with that quantity. Some capabilities, such as the planning module and a sandbox environment, are sold separately and require their own licenses. Contact the vendor to size the user count for your organisation.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
A user is one named person given a login to the Sage Intacct platform. The number of user licenses you buy drives your cost. Sharing budgets with people who lack a license is currently allowed, but future changes may require those people to hold their own license.
Sage Intacct is sold as a contract billed on an annual subscription. Some regions offer a choice between quarterly billing or annual billing. The subscription covers the platform and the user licenses you commit to for the term.
Both are sold separately. Sage Intacct Planning requires its own user license and is not part of your platform user licenses. A sandbox environment is available as an added module with your subscription. Contact your account manager to add either one.

What do you like best about the product?
I am using Sage Intacct for almost 4 Years, I found its UI to be user friendly and easy to use. It's integration in Excel through Velixo formula's is quite useful, Performance is also fast in comparison to software based ERP's, and it is also price friendly for smaller organizations. Customer support is also very responsive. and it looks like with each upgrade in versions it is incorporating AI tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
The new filter function in modules look slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us in 1099 report generation and it's integration with Taxbanditt.

What do you like best about the product?
The UI is easy to use, and it’s an economical option for SMEs like mine.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing else comes to mind, but it would be better if they could offer a single login for all plans.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It addresses all my concerns around billing, invoice generation, and creating the SAFT file required for legal compliance.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like that Sage Intacct is very intuitive and easy to learn. The support is generally quick and efficient, which is crucial for me as time is money. During the initial setup, even though it was a new experience, it was simple due to the good support provided.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to point out. I love Sage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct meets my legal requirements for organized accounting and it's certified by our financial authorities. It's very intuitive, saving me time, with efficient support that minimizes interruptions and reduces time wastage.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Sage Intacct is its flexibility and automation. It makes it easier to manage transactions, AP, bank reconciliations, reporting, and financial data in one system. I also like the ability to use dimensions such as departments, locations, and classes, which makes financial reporting more detailed and easier to analyze.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Sage Intacct has a very short login time. If I am working on some payroll, I need the Sage to be ON for 3 hours. I have to log in again and again, which increases my work time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, references for all kinds of data for accounting purposes such as payroll, bank posting description, and AR invoice clearance.
