Is a good tool.
What do you like best about the product?
easy to use. and a lot of function. it have record for my timesheet.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I make safe file it take some time.

I use the timesheet function a lot, and it makes recording easy.
Doing timesheets and approving them is as easy as it gets

Too many clicks to get a time sheet done. Should be an automated section for everyday used callouts

keeping track of employee hours and project hours
i have been using sage for a while now, i find this vert efficient and very user friendly

you are able to search for suppliers with no issues and you are guaranteed the information you need is always in the correct spot

sometimes this runs slowly but causes no issues for what you are after

Always can count on the right information on certain suppliers accounts.
Efficient time entry, slightly overloaded with Fields
What do you like best about the product?
Sage Intacct is easy to use and intuitive, especially for time entry. Our team appreciates how straightforward it is to log hours and track them by project and role. The clean interface and logical flow make it simple for everyone to stay on top of their entries without needing much training.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are too many fields available when entering time or project data, which can feel overwhelming. While flexibility is great, it would be helpful if the system allowed for customization to reduce the number of required or visible fields based on role or use case. Streamlining this could improve efficiency and reduce user error.

Sage Intacct helps solve a key operational challenge for our team: tracking time accurately across multiple projects and roles. By streamlining time entry, it ensures that hours are logged consistently, which supports better project budgeting, resource planning, and reporting. Its intuitive interface makes it easy for team members to use with minimal training, reducing administrative overhead. This has led to more reliable data and improved visibility into how engineering hours are allocated—ultimately helping us make more informed decisions and stay on top of project performance.
Great experience with a user friendly tool
What do you like best about the product?
It allows us to seamlessly manage our expenses and improve our reporting functionality. It is a robust product with more functionality being added after every release. I will highly recommend this product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Implementation process is not easy and customer support in this regard can be improved significantly.

It is our go to financial tool and has streamlined our day to day task efficiently. It provides total financial transparency and visibility.

I like that you can always go back to through the history to review hours spent

It could be a bit more automated. For example it could be a lot easier to add things to your time sheet.

Sage Intacct is accessible from anywhere, and the software automation on accounts payable/ PO's, interactive reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having difficulties linking some banks to real-time access.

AP Automation and Interactive reporting - the reporting module led us to Ad-hoc reports as per our need. its very easy to use

The Dynamic allocations is my favorite and timensaver

Can’t do payroll in house, 1099 reporting would be nice to have. Too many outside partners to do what sage should do.

Sage Intacct - A complete package for small and mid-sized firms
What do you like best about the product?
It's ability to integrate to variety of third party applications like bill.com, ramp, divvy thereby automating things and reducing manual intervention resulting into increased accuracy. Also, the user interface is friendly for beginners.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting ability using sage intacct is still limited. For eg - If I want to check all the transactions synced from Ramp to Intacct on a particular day , there's no report for that. I can only get a report based on accounting date or transaction date but not based on the date those were synced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct is currently helping me to maintain my books of accounts. I am using different applications for different transactional activities. By integrating everything in Intacct, I am able to get a complete overview of my financials in Intacct.
