What do you like best about the product?
Sage is very user friendly. When a new employee is onboarded, it does not take long for them to master the system. I also love the "help on this page" feature. If someone is stuck, they can easily access a help guide for the specific page they are on.
What do you dislike about the product?
The custom reports can be a little overwhelming. Since you can create probably any report imaginable, it can be a little time consuming to create a custom report and sift through every option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage has solved many problems such as fixing/ editing AP mistakes.
