Overview
See exactly where callers struggle
Turn-level analytics pinpoint friction hotspots across voice journeys so teams know which prompts, intents, and paths to fix first.
Gyst Analytics for Amazon Connect (AMI) is a customer hosted solution for teams that need deeper visibility into Amazon Connect voice self service performance.
The solution analyzes caller behavior across IVR, IVA, and voice self service journeys, including prompts, intents, paths, repeats, no input and no match behavior, transfers, abandons, and completion issues. Teams can use these insights to identify friction points, prioritize prompt and routing improvements, validate optimization opportunities, and measure impact over time.
The AMI deployment runs in the customer AWS environment and works alongside existing Amazon Connect flows. Gyst Analytics is the read only analytics entry point for organizations that want to understand where self service breaks down before making broader runtime optimization changes.
Highlights
- Identify the highest-friction points in Amazon Connect voice self-service and see what to fix first.
- Improve containment and reduce unnecessary transfers with analytics tied to real caller behavior.
- Deploy alongside your existing platform with privacy-safe analytics and no rip-and-replace.
