Gyst CX is an AI optimization layer for existing Amazon Connect IVRs and voicebots. It helps contact centers automate more calls by tuning pacing, prompts, timeouts, and opt-out behavior during live interactions, reducing repeats, transfers, and agent minutes without replacing their current platform. This SaaS listing supports a lower-friction path for teams that want faster evaluation and managed deployment.
Gyst CX is designed to tune caller experience in real time. It can adjust playback pacing, support more intelligent timeout behavior, and help reduce repeat loops and friction patterns that often drive callers to agents unnecessarily. At the same time, it provides the analytics needed to understand where callers struggle and what to fix first.
This is the broader runtime optimization offering in the Gyst product family. It is suited for organizations that want both measurable self-service improvement and operational insight through a managed SaaS deployment path.

You buy this product through a contract with three deployment sizes: GCX Small, GCX Medium, and GCX Large. Each size is a single unit-based option for running the Gyst Analytics deployment. The sizes scale by workload volume. GCX Small fits smaller production or evaluation workloads. GCX Medium fits standard production workloads. GCX Large fits higher-volume production workloads. You pick one size to match your call volume, then scale up by choosing a larger size as your needs grow. Pricing is set per unit, so you select the tier that matches your workload.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one unit when I buy GCX Small, Medium, or Large?
Pricing is set per voice application. One unit covers one voice application deployment of Gyst Analytics. If you run multiple voice applications, each one needs its own unit. Multi-application pricing is available on request from the vendor.
What costs are not included in the contract price?
The price covers the Gyst Analytics deployment only. It excludes underlying AWS charges, telephony costs, large language model usage, and other platform usage. You pay those separately based on your own consumption. Budget for them on top of the contract fee.
If my call volume grows past my current size, do I move up automatically?
No. The three sizes map to workload volume: Small for smaller or evaluation workloads, Medium for standard production, Large for higher-volume production. Moving to a larger size is a choice you make, not an automatic change. You select a new size when your call volume outgrows the current one.
