You choose from three plans priced by the number of users on your account. The Personal plan fits one individual. The Team plan supports up to 3 creators. The Business plan supports up to 10 creators and adds centralized management. All three plans include every feature, so your choice depends on team size and management needs, not on which capabilities you unlock. Pricing scales as you add more creators, and you can upgrade to a larger plan at any time as your team grows.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as a creator for billing on the Team and Business plans?
A creator is a user who builds and edits diagrams. The Team plan allows up to 3 creators, and the Business plan allows up to 10. Viewers who only open or interact with shared diagrams do not need a license, so they do not count toward your creator limit.
What happens when my team outgrows my plan's creator limit?
You upgrade to a plan with more creators at any time as your team grows. Pricing scales with the number of users, so a larger plan costs more per user count. The Personal plan fits one person, Team supports up to 3 creators, and Business supports up to 10.
Do higher plans unlock features that lower plans lack?
No. All three plans include every feature. Your cost depends only on team size and management needs, not on which capabilities you unlock. The Business plan adds centralized management for larger teams, but the diagram and database features are the same across Personal, Team, and Business.
