What do you like best about the product?
Conga Composer helps in generating the document by automatically populatin real time data from CRM. It also helps in generating documents in bulk without much performance degradation. The interation with Salesforce is quite simple and it doesn't require much efforts. The documentation for Conga Composer as well the support provided by Conga is excellent, which makes it very easy to implement this with complex templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, creating complex templates with advanced features like conditional logic requires a complete training for that specifically for the users who are not familiar with Salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In our organization, we generally have scenarios where the document needs to be generated in bulk. Conga Composer automates this task quite efficiently and in this process the performance is not at all compromised. Moreover, as it is integrated with Salesforce, it makes the task of pulling data from Salesforce and generating based on that quite simple.

Composer is a great tool for document generation and the best part about is that it can automate this process by just a click of a button!

The Conga Composer is missing out on the AI features which I think should be incorporated for ease of use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Conga Composer has streamlined our document generation process which was very complex earlier. We are able to gather data from multiple objects and use in our templates which is a great functionality in order to solve our usecases.

Conga Composer integrates directly with Salesforce, which makes it easy to use and faster the document creation experience. It has the ability yo create highly customisable templates, and it is easy to implement. It aurmates the document creation process and Conga has strong support team for any questions/ queries. The platform supports a wide range of formats to generate documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
Conga Composer excels at document generation, but its reporting features are not as robust as some uses may need. It is facing some issues while generating documents with a large volume.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Conga Composer solves several primary problems of business related to document generation ajd automation. It helps streamline and simplify the creation and customize the document templates. It has very good accuracy and consistency along with great efficiency. It has excellent customer support for any help so it becomes easy to implement it.

What I like most about Conga Composer is how it simplifies document generation and keeps everything consistent. It makes it easy to create standardized proposals, contracts, and reports directly from Salesforce, which saves a lot of manual effort and reduces errors. Once set up, it fits well into day to day workflows and helps teams generate documents quickly without needing to rely heavily on manual formatting.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main drawback is that the initial setup and template configuration can be time-consuming and require technical expertise. Making changes to complex templates is not always straightforward, and troubleshooting issues can take longer than expected. The user interface also feels dated in some areas, which can impact ease of use for new users. However, once the system is stable, it works reliably for ongoing document generation.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Conga Composer APIs is their flexibility. We use these APIs to fetch data from the Conga Advantage platform, which has helped us achieve our desired use cases such as applying conditional logic, maintaining consistent branding, and generating documents in multiple formats like Word, PDF, Excel, and PowerPoint.
What do you dislike about the product?
One area that could be improved is the initial learning curve. For new users or developers, understanding all the available features, configurations, and API options can take some time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Conga Composer has been an efficient and reliable product for us. We use Composer within Salesforce along with the Conga Platform. Initially, we worked with the Conga Professional Services team to build a custom solution. Over time, the number of issues has significantly reduced, and the product now runs smoothly with minimal bugs.
