    Reviewed on Jan 28, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is a great way to share boards with team members and clients. The embed of Google Docs into a board is a game changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price per user vs figjam is a stopping point. for us. If we could get the price point down it would be wonderful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Miro for collaborative whiteboarding for growth driven design clients. It is great for mind mapping and sitemapping.

What do you like best about the product?
Visualization is perfect. We use some of the boards for our new employees to understanding our workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes boards can have so many elements. When this happens a solution like google docs sections might be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mind mapping is very useful and ease of visualization of new projects

Miro Makes Team Brainstorming and Visual Collaboration Effortless

    Reviewed on Jan 27, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
Miro makes it easy to brainstorm and map ideas visually with teams. Real-time collaboration keeps everyone engaged and aligned. Templates speed up workshops and planning sessions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Boards can become messy without strong organization. Performance can slow down with very large boards. New users may need guidance to use advanced features effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves the challenge of remote and cross-team collaboration by providing a shared visual workspace. It allows ideas, plans, and feedback to live in one place. This improves alignment, creativity, and decision-making.

Intuitive Whiteboard for Collaboration, Flowcharts, and Mockups

    Reviewed on Jan 27, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
It’s great for cross-collaboration and creating flowcharts. It’s also very good for building basic designs and mockups. Small to large teams can use Miro boards to run meetings and brainstorm easily, thanks to its intuitive, whiteboard-like features.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of diagramming shapes, icons, and other elements are hidden behind a paywall. Also, many competitors, like Figma, offer a wide range of plugins, which Miro currently lacks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is solving the problem of visually representing ideas and concepts, making it easier to storyboard and mind-map the things you want to communicate to your audiences clearly. For example, I often need to create diagrams that support my research proposal, and I sometimes collaborate with my research peers to help them build flowcharts and prototypes that they can use to explain methods in research papers and presentations.

Miro Makes Real-Time Collaboration Effortless with a Flexible Infinite Canvas

    Reviewed on Jan 27, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Miro is how effortlessly it brings people together. The real-time collaboration feels smooth and intuitive, whether the team is brainstorming, planning sprints, or mapping out complex ideas. The infinite canvas, templates, and integrations with tools like Jira, Slack, and Google Drive make it incredibly flexible. It adapts well to different workflows, from product discovery to retrospectives, without feeling cluttered.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very large boards can sometimes feel heavy specially when there are lots of images or widgets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For our product development team, Miro solves the challenge of aligning distributed teams, collaboration and turning abstract ideas into something visual and actionable. It replaces our emails, documents, and endless meetings with a shared space where everyone can contribute at the same time. This has improved collaboration, sped up design decision-making, and made workshops and planning sessions far more engaging and productive especially in our hybrid work environments.
