What do you like best about the product?
To be honest, my usage of Miro is pretty limited. I use it for technical diagrams that need to be more precise than pretty and I use it for planning out flowcharts. For both of these purposes, Miro is easy and intuitive. I also just use the free version and it has served all my needs to date.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly no issues on my side. It has always done what I needed. My perennial feedback to most companies, Miro included, is that I neither need, nor want AI features and wish they would leave me alone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it for technical diagrams that need to be more precise than pretty and I use it for planning out flowcharts.

What do you like best about the product?
Miro is an excellent dashboard and collaboration tool. It enables teams to work effectively using its different templates and functionalities. Empower our Team works trough collaboration
What do you dislike about the product?
If you don’t use a mouse and only have a touchpad, it’s difficult to navigate the dashboard and position yourself where you need to be. It also makes working with zoom levels harder.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s a great replacement for static, old-fashioned diagram tools, which are expensive anyway. It also helps break down silos between teams by enabling real-time collaboration. With it, important IT architecture designs can be worked through and resolved very quickly.

When I’m editing diagrams, it isn’t always easy to readjust the layout or move shapes around smoothly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s great for brainstorming, process mapping, and any group exercise when people are in different locations. In turn, it makes it easier to collate comments and capture everyone’s feedback.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Miro is the flexibility of the infinite canvas and the ease of real-time collaboration. The pre-built templates for process maps and workshops save a lot of time, and the interface is intuitive even for non-technical people. Additionally, the initial setup was quite simple, and the team was able to start using it without the need for extensive training. The learning curve is very smooth compared to other similar tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could improve performance when the boards have many elements, as it becomes somewhat slow. It would also be useful to have more advanced options for exporting process maps in standard formats like BPMN.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro centralizes team collaboration in a single visual space, aligning areas by clearly documenting processes. It allows active participation in brainstorming regardless of location. Facilitate creating flow maps and brainstorming sessions, saving time with pre-built templates.
