A modern, cloud-native retail intelligence platform built for AWS. This streamlined VELOCITY offering helps brands quickly onboard retailer data, uncover meaningful insights, and scale without the cost and complexity of a traditional enterprise deployment. By leveraging AWS-native analytics and AI capabilities, users can move beyond reporting to identify trends, investigate anomalies, and take action with greater speed and confidence.
VELOCITY® is a Retail Analytics Platform that transforms fragmented retailer, POS, inventory, and supply chain data into actionable business insights. Through automated data collection and reporting, organizations gain visibility into sales performance, inventory health, demand trends, and retailer execution across channels, helping teams make faster, more informed decisions.
Powered by Automated Data Harmonization, VELOCITY connects to hundreds of retailer data sources and standardizes disparate formats into a single, trusted data model. This eliminates manual data preparation, improves data consistency, and enables cross-retailer reporting, forecasting, and analysis from a unified source of truth.
Built with an AWS-Ready Cloud Architecture, VELOCITY supports modern data platforms, data lakes, business intelligence tools, and AI-driven analytics. Organizations can scale efficiently while integrating cloud services, automated workflows, and advanced reporting capabilities that accelerate decision-making and business growth.

Your subscription is defined by four separate capacity limits that you set independently. You choose a Retailer Limit for how many retailers you can track, and an Item Limit for how many items you can manage. The Historical Limit sets how many days of past data you accumulate. The User Limit caps how many people can access the platform. Each limit is priced on its own in units, so your total cost reflects the combination you select. You scale any dimension up as your data volume, retailer count, team size, or history needs grow.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts toward the Historical Limit, and how is it measured?
The Historical Limit sets the number of days back that past data stays accumulated in your subscription. The platform collects daily point-of-sale, inventory, order, and shipment data. A higher day count keeps more history available for year-over-year comparisons. Older data beyond your limit falls outside the retained window.
What counts as one retailer or one item for the Retailer and Item limits?
A retailer is a selling partner whose data you track, such as a store chain or e-commerce marketplace. An item is an individual SKU you manage. The platform can run separate data feeds for one retailer's physical stores versus online channels, which may count against your retailer capacity.
Which of the four limits drives my total cost the most?
All four limits price independently and add together on one subscription. Your total reflects the combination you select. Item and Retailer limits usually scale with data volume, so brands with many SKUs across many retailers see those drive cost. User and Historical limits add based on team size and retained history.
