    Dimensions summary

You pay by the hour for the security agent running on Anolis OS 23. Pricing is usage-based, so you are billed for the software only while an instance runs. Each dimension maps to a specific AWS EC2 instance type, from small shared instances up to large multi-core, memory-optimized, GPU, and bare-metal machines. The hourly rate scales with the size and capability of the instance you choose. You select the instance type that fits your workload, and larger or more specialized instances carry higher hourly rates. There is no upfront commitment; charges stop when you stop the instance.

    Top-of-mind questions for buyers

Each unit is one running EC2 instance of the chosen type, billed per hour. The hourly rate covers the security agent software on Anolis OS 23 for that single instance. If you run several instances, each one meters and bills separately based on its own instance type.
The software rate meters only while the instance runs. When you stop an instance, software charges stop for it. Stopped instances may still incur underlying AWS storage fees, but the security agent bills running hours only. Restarting the instance resumes hourly software charges automatically.
The software itself has a separate hourly rate per instance type, listed in the pricing table. Choosing a larger or specialized instance carries a higher software rate. That software charge is billed alongside AWS compute costs. Both apply per running hour on the same invoice.
