I like that New Relic gives clear, real-time visibility into how applications perform. It helps quickly find performance issues, slow APIs, or errors with detailed metrics, logs, and traces—all in one dashboard. The APM and alerting features make it easy to monitor uptime and user experience.

I dislike that New Relic’s UI and setup can be a bit complex, and it sometimes takes effort to find specific metrics or traces quickly. Also, querying data with NRQL can have a learning curve for new users.

What do you dislike about the product?

Additionally, the platform presents a steep learning curve and features a user interface that can feel overwhelming, particularly for newcomers or those without a technical background. The software can also be resource-intensive, with its agents sometimes consuming considerable CPU and memory, which may drive up infrastructure costs and complicate deployments in larger environments.
