Dimensions summary
You choose one of three monthly contract tiers based on document volume. Each tier bundles a set number of credits, and one credit processes about one page. Basic includes 1,000 credits, Pro includes 10,000 credits, and Ultra includes 100,000 credits. As you move to higher-volume tiers, the per-credit unit price drops. Credits reset each month and do not carry over. The tiers scale on capacity, so you pick the plan matching your expected monthly page processing needs.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
One credit is consumed each time the AI model extracts data from one page. So roughly one credit equals one page processed. Re-extracting keys to edit a template does not consume credits. This counting applies to all extraction methods, including template, workspace, parser, and API extraction.
You can only continue past your included credits if you request the pay-as-you-go (overage) feature through customer support. Once enabled, extra usage accrues as negative credits at your plan's per-credit unit price. Without this feature, you stop when the included credits run out until renewal.
No. All included credits are valid only within that subscription month. Unused credits do not roll over and expire at month end. Your plan's regular credits are recharged fresh at each renewal. Remaining credits are also forfeited if you close your account.
