DataScoop offers three contract tiers that build on each other. Basic starts with a free trial and covers core data upload, insights, and a set number of user seats. Business adds more user seats, data connections, executive summaries, and phone support on top of Basic. Enterprise includes everything in Business, then adds an on-premises deployment option, unlimited user seats, a personalized service level agreement, and priority service. As you move up the tiers, seat counts, support levels, and deployment flexibility expand. Each tier is billed as a contract.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one user seat for billing across the tiers?
A seat is one named user account with access to the platform. Basic covers 5 seats, and Business covers 20 seats. Enterprise removes the seat cap and allows unlimited users. You do not pay per active session; the count reflects the people assigned access.
What happens when my portfolio data grows beyond the Basic tier limits?
Basic caps you at 5 million rows and a 1GB file size. Business and Enterprise build on Basic and add data connections for larger loan datasets. Moving between tiers is a change in contract, not an automatic overage charge. You choose the tier that fits your data volume.
Which tier lets me run DataScoop within my own infrastructure instead of the vendor's cloud?
Only the Enterprise tier includes an on-premises deployment option. Basic and Business run on the vendor's cloud-based, per-customer segregated environment. Enterprise also adds a personalized service level agreement and priority service, which the other tiers do not include.
