    Enghouse Interactive Vidyo is a video solution engineered to work natively within Amazon Connect. With its seamless integration to the Contact Control Panel, Vidyo provides callers and agents an unparalleled experience when moving from device or desktop chat sessions to real-time video, providing security and a fulfilling and assured customer interaction experience. The product is a real-time video solution offering an optionally selected and intuitive mechanism to escalate from chat based interactions to personalized video calling, and back again if necessary. The solution offers encrypted token security FIPS certified and both a private and high end user experience across mobile, tablet and desktop devices. Note, requires an Amazon Connect instance configured to accept inbound chat calls.

    The company develops products that are not supported on any platform and have many bugs.
