Cloudgen, ideal for your remote workforce
What do you like best about the product?
As an administrator it is quite easy to start with the product. For the endusers, the hassle of connecting to a VPN to perform certain task etc. is gone. They work the same way at the office as at home.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you have a lot of users, speed of the proxy can be a thing. There are solutions, but you need to think about the best implementation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our remote workforce is growing and setting up a vpn and supporting those vpn's was becoming a pain... Cloudgen access solves this perfectly.
An added feature is the security it implies on the environment. Users can only access those applications and only those ports that we define.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very efficient and provides a very good data security. Being a cloud based service this provides broad range of utility.

We at Accenture use it for data security and it fulfills a requirement very efficiently .The main benefit of using it is it's a cloud based service .

Sometimes there is a delay in the response time.

What do you like best about the product?
Quick deploy to the cloud and access on the GO. Implementation is preety straight forward you push you source code to the cloud and deploy it there and Baracuda takes care of the access and security from the get.
Simplicity of Barcuda makes it is easy to intergation with all the apps, if your application can hosted locally it can hosted in barracuda there are no restrictions as such.
Frequency of Use is the main focus because you need it to be easy accessible beacuse you need to use it much for frequently and by a large number of people.

number of features one thing that baracuda lacks from the competetors is the it offers. you cant really twick a lot of things only the few set options.

Non-tech user finds it hard because of the complexity UI, and also compared with others it has little bit expensive.

- For high level security it always require experts help cannot be done by self.
- Firwall configuration sometimes takes very long time.

You cannot trust every application for protecting your data and emails. However, the level of satisfaction and protection they are providing is good which cannot be done by every application.

What do you like best about the product?
Barracuda has the best user interface and easy to use, even for beginners and protect my all program with in same program.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using Barracuda for the last three years; I did not see any point which came into my dislike list.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Effortless to maintain and makes us very comfortable. After using Barracuda, We are not being hacked.

In the upcoming future where Work from Anywhere is the future, accessing intranet tools will be easier to use without any risk.

Gives a sense of ease that we are protected - email security, data, and sensitive information such as customer information is protected and provides a solution to data protection
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is a bit higher than other vendors and they have a slightly complicated interface that sometimes requires to look things up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are working on competitive pricing. You pay a premium for a great security network - which can end up saving you money in the end. You are at ease having Barracuda CloudGen Access.
User friendly, efficient
What do you like best about the product?
Ensuring safety from web threats is the most useful feature. In this covid times, when remote working has become new normal, ensuring cyber safety of the employee and company resources is vital.
What do you dislike about the product?
Additional charges for managing multiple firewall is a downside, personally. Also, push notifications could be better. As of now I can only think of these. There is room for improvement but anyways it is a wonderful product.

The most vital challenge is ensuring the device's security (cyber security) when the work from home has become so popular, users access internet from various sources, (though not preferred, but inevitable). Barracuda can provide security.
