LAMP Stack - Web Stack (MySQL) powered by TurnKey GNU/Linux
TurnKey GNU/Linux | 14.1Linux/Unix, Debian 8 (Jessie) - 32-bit Amazon Machine Image (AMI)
Well documented and an easy way to spin up a lamp stack!
While I'm not using it for production, I've been using the Turnkey products on VMware for a while now for testing/experimentation purposes where spinning up a *nix box or a lamp stack needs to be done quickly. Their stuff is well documented, simple to use and works great!
This is the first time I'm trying it with EC2 and deployment went flawlessly!

No clear instruction
I can't found password to access instances first time as the short documentation says. poor documentation is a fallacy arround software development
Remarkable fast and painless restore on the newly created VPS using turnkey Linux Lamp stack on AWS
Having the need for a restore of my Turnkey debian Lamp instance on VPS to check my backup created with TKLBAM I created with amazone on AWS a Turnkey Linux instance where I could restore the complete environment.
Without a problem I could recreate a complete production environment within 15 minutes which flawlessly worked.
This saves me a lot of time, money and worries.
Thanks.
With kind regards

Didn't work out for me
Looks like a good product, and I got no errors from it. However I could never reach it from the public URL. Could be my problem entirely, could be the documentation wasn't clear & complete for my novice needs, could be it didn't install right. In any case, I moved on to a less difficult to deal with solution.
LAMP Stack
I'm not a Linux / Apache / MySQL guy, I just needed a lamp stack to run an appliance on. This saved me hours/days of reading and figuring things out. My appliance install just dropped on top of the booted VM and worked.
Super product!
Absolute Doddle
Very impressed.
Very easy to set up and manage - especially for someone like me with limited 'shell' skills.
Would happily recommend this product.
