Our team has tested this function since your notification and it works. However, not every computer configuration is the same. This issue is often caused by a simple misconfiguration. For example, the DNS server may be ignoring requests from your VPN client, making it seem like Internet access is broken when it's not. This is a common issue that can be resolved by going to VPN Settings and defining a public DNS server like 8.8.8.8. Another common issue is the firewall might be configured too strictly, or that the subnet being used on Amazon AWS is the same as the one being used in your own network, causing a subnet collision. We can assure you that this function is working, and invite you to contact our technical support team at https://www.openvpn.net/support for further assistance.
