The user interface and the features they provide is tremendous.

Till now nothing as it is going well as we integrated it in recent times so may be in future if any issues comes then I will have points on dislikes but as of now it's running smoothly

It has strong features including effective protection for web application vulnerabilities. It has advanced protection capabilities, integration with threat intelligence and very good technical support.

The disadvantage is it is difficult for anyone new to understand how to use the interface of the platform.

It helps proactively defend web applications for cyber threats. It maintain the availability and integrity of our online services. Every data is protected and our applications are safe under web application firewall.

It is complicated to integrate the solution's on-cloud version with other platforms.

The solution is scalable. We have 20 applications hosted on its on-premises version and around five applications on mobile infrastructure. A team of three administrators manages the operations.

I have used F5 and Barracuda before. Both solutions are easy to use.
