Terrible support. Very expensive
This company does not provide support unless you go for managed plans which do not have any interest for big companies as it is our case.
We opened several support tickets with regards to the use of this AMI. None of them was solved. They can take up to 4 to 5 days to reply to a message which is unbelievable.
In just two days we were able to configure our own AMI using NGINX +HHVM + Redis migrating all websites from one server to other!!
Why to pay to this company for software? It's ridiculous. About their managed plans one c4.2x large cost $900 per month. This machine is the minimum we would need. We got it from Amazon $125 per month.
Amazon should review their partners. AMIMOTO has no interest for educated people in this sectors unless you willing to blow up your money
